Reviewed By ENyagaThis is a hidden gem! Home away from home! The staff, the service and the experience was magical! Please ask for Emma/Jessica at the restaurant, Charles/Mutabazi at the reception and the house keeper who recommended me to the hair salon! Totally worth it. I will be back.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the Shoebill Restaurant , and a more casual menu is served for lunch in the Elephant Bar.Facilities include a pool ( and kiddies pool), a play area for the children.Board games and outdoor games are available . Akagera Game Lodge is undergoing a full property modernization through till March 2020. Area’s such as our Bar, Restaurant and pool area will be affected by the refurbishment process. Reviewed By Lynn WThe pool and terrace are great for chilling. Wifi and reasonably priced cool drinks. The management are very helpful. The food is good - enjoyed the fish brochette and chips. It was busy so the service was slow over the weekend, but I want in any hurry.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon
Reviewed By lounuttWe had a lovely afternoon here , attentive staff , comfortable surroundings , gorgeous view , wide selection of food and a beautiful view. A couple of cold beers, lovely sunny sun beds and an inviting , refreshing swim to round off a Very pleasant few hours. Loved the background music too and the pizza and salad are highly recommended.

Curio shop and snack bar
Reviewed By Dino WOn the way to the Tanzanian border we found this place and decided to have a look in order to find some Rwandan souvenirs. We got lucky and after the shopping we had snacks at the bar. Seemed like a popular stop for tourists going to the Akagera NP as well.

Reviewed By Traveler414686Vintage cottages located at the shore of Lake Muhazi,at Gati in Rwamagana district is a must visit- I would recommend staying here. Thanks to the entire team that went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable weekend experience. From the entry point to a smooth check- in for a group of ladies was extremely amazing! Special thanks to Norbert, Fabien and Patrick for taking good care of us. To the hotel manager Philbert, who was very professional and understanding towards our group requests and many changes without hesitation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Reviewed By gad122when, I was travelling to akagera NP and back I stay at Silent for enjoyed and have get good service like free WIFI hight speed , nice breakfast ,good GYM,Sauna and massage , I do recommend to this hotel.

Reviewed By Simon3001Zimmer sind relativ sauber und geräumig. Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Der Service an der Rezeption ist milde gesagt katastrophal! Auch das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig fertig, obwohl am Vorabend bereits kommuniziert und abgemacht. Der Wäscheservice hat ebenfalls mixt geklappt. Wir mussten die Wäsche nass!! mitnehmen. Versprochen wurde sie uns bereits für den Abend vor Abreise. Preis - Leistung stimmt bei weitem nicht. Das Restaurant ist zwar gut, aber auch hier klappt der Service nicht! Obwohl um 16 Ihr das Abendessen auf 19 Uhr bestellt wurde, war es erst um kurz vor 20 Ihr fertig! Leider gibt es kaum eine andere Auswahl an Unterkünften im Ort.
