The location of this hotel is brilliant for exploring the local attractions and even central London! The staff were helpful and willing to help. Kat in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much and she was so friendly! Made breakfast with kids so much easier. Thanks Kat! You're a great asset to the team!

Peaceful Park-like setting

After getting our rental car and having the GPS lead us astray many times, it was so nice to come to this hotel in a park like setting. The grounds were beautiful and everyone was so accommodating. Be sure to try the Chicken Tikka Masala in the restaurant. I had it twice. The hotel is very close to RHS Wisley and that is why we were there. Our room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting this area and especially Wisley.

A unique country house hotel in Surrey Woodlands Park Hotel in Surrey, near Leatherhead and Cobham, was originally commissioned by English industrialist William Bryant, son of the founder of the match company Bryant and May. Built in 1885, the house was a modern marvel and one of the first in the UK to have electric light. Over a century on, the house remains as impressive as ever. Situated near to Cobham and within easy access of London, this 57 bedroom hotel is set in landscaped grounds and gardens, making our hotel one of the most perfect wedding venues in Surrey. Offering a range of classic and executive bedrooms and suites, Woodlands Park has a choice of bedrooms to suit everyone. It has two great restaurants: the wood panelled Oak Room and the more contemporary Bensons Restaurant. The hotel also boasts excellent conference facilities as well as being the perfect training and meeting venue in Surrey. I am delighted to welcome you to Woodlands Park

Afternoon Tea for a special celebration

Reviewed By JessicaSK88

Afternoon tea booked well in advance for my father’s birthday, the venue was aware it was a special occasion. Seated by the front of house staff at a good table. Left for quite a while before any order was taken (maybe 10 mins) while junior staff struggled to make a cocktail for another table behind the bar. Our sandwiches and cakes subsequently arrived before any tea or champagne. Cakes and sandwiches were lovely, a wide range and beautifully presented. Staff didn’t check on us again or speak to us while we had our afternoon tea…. In summary the venue was impressive and the cakes tasty, but the service was very minimal to non-existent. Could I recommend this afternoon tea that cost £160 (£14 service charge included) to others? I don’t think so sadly, mainly due to the lack of service that we received.
