Smoking allowed in hotel rooms
Reviewed By Titi Rahmawati HI wanted to book this hotel for my next holiday. However i noticed that guests are allowed to smoke in all parts of hotel premises including in the rooms. So i called the hotel and ask the staff; and yes, that is true. So i cancelled my plan to stay in this hotel. No thank you!

Reviewed By puteriempianzRooms with king size. Big rooms, comfortable for us with 2 junior kids. Have towel and shower. No online booking due to last minute, but try call direct, still have a room. They give confirmation via whatsapp.

It is nice hotel for business traveller
Reviewed By fadzilah hI have stayed at this hotel for 1 day trip. Overall this is nice hotel. The location is in the city and has elevator. The room is not small but is enough space for me. However, the receptionist at the hotel is not really friendly and treated me like a stranger. So, please improve the way you treat your guest nicely next time.

An okay place to stay overnight in Chukai, not much good cheap choices though
Reviewed By greatserpentPros:- -provided two bottles of water -bed was alright pretty comfortable, i think the pillow a little hard for my liking but not that bad -minifridge -tv -wifi was not bad -shower was alright, it had hot water and pressure was okay, there was also a shower gel dispenser Cons:- -room was a bit musty smelling when we first entered so i sprayed my dettol spray to sanitise the room -the aircon was a bit dusty -there was a lot of stains on the floor and the walls were a little like not maintained well and a few small hairs not cleaned up but it was ok for an overnight stay -no parking for hotel guests so you have to use a coupon -toilet and shower is not seperated -the corridors smelt like cigarettes sometimes but that's a lot of Malaysia hotels

Reviewed By MarcusL2366Stayed in a deluxe room 2 single beds and an extra mattress instead of a bed. Had to walk up a couple of stairs carrying luggages as the were no elevators. Should have opted to stay at another hotel. Paid a total of MYR136 nett for a night.

Reviewed By Royal BIts basic. Dont book a cheap room and complain its not 5 star. It all worked. The staff were Lovely. The wifi worked great. Good food nearby. There are hawker centers and restaurants everywhere. No alcohol sold in town.
