Reviewed By BekeshiVana Belle Samui is one of the best hotels. Exceptional services since you put your feet down. Great for vacation and relaxing. I spend most of my time inside. All staffs are well trained and they assist you truly from their heart not just work for their paycheck. Khun Thank you Tangmo for giving me a warm welcome and check-in, and Khun Lek for giving me an instant buggy ride whenever I request. Housekeeping team; Khun Pea, Khun Mai, Khun Orn, and Khun Sa, and everyone at Kiree the Bistro for excellent breakfast as well as Panali for dinner. Cocktails at the Pool Bar are great. My butler whose name is RADTANAWADEE (PEI PEI) provides me with the best services that I could ask for. Thank you for arranging the early birthday for my sister with a beautiful and delicious cake. Worth every single cent! It is luxury but you get beyond what you pay for.

Used the free paddling board offer, had a great time! Reception person, Mandy, was especially very nice and friendly. Well done to all of the staff who were amazing and made our stay more enjoyable! Would highly recommend to others!

Stingy, racist staff ruined the experience
Reviewed By notsuhinaThis was an expensive resort and the staff ruined our experience. We made a booking for 3 people for 10 days and they were not aware, assigning us a room for 2 people. Even so, the room was extremely tiny and cramped and there was no space for our luggage. The room design was quite depressing and not at all matching with the rest of the resort, gray floors and walls. We were not at all happy with the room given the exorbitant price we paid but they absolutely refused to move us to a better room. They should have offered a free upgrade since we were disappointed and 3 members but even though we were willing to pay extra they did not budge. The staff was also quite visibly racist since we were an Indian family and there was a clear difference in the way they were treating us versus the european guests. We had booked a 10 day stay and for 5 days, our bathroom floor was wet due to a leaking pipe which is really disgusting. Several times they came to fix but it would resume leaking and they did not move us to another room even in the same category. They kept trying to fix it instead of just changing our room. In the last few days the staff became really cheap and stingy and were not providing us enough towels and bathrobes even after requesting. They were behaving as if we were staying there for free and availing undue benefits and this was again a very clearly racist move on their part that the europeans were not facing. I asked for a plug adapter and they kept asking me to return it, behaving as if i was intending to steal it. Same thing happened with cello tape. During check out, I said I’d leave these things in the room as we had too much stuff with us but they absolutely refused and asked me to bring to the reception, where a man ran towards me to take the things back. To top it all off, they checked our room within seconds and charged us 200 baht for the laundry bag which is just a simple cloth bag. We became very angry at this since we had booked 10 days in a high-end resort, double time of the usual booking slots. After spending generously at the bar and restaurant, they charged us for a cloth bag which we have NEVER been charged for before anywhere in the world, even in mid range hotels. I do not recommend staying here if you want to be treated like a guest that has paid a significant amount for hospitality.

They even fold your towels while you are not in the room. They offer you a motorcycle when you check-in at your arrival. All is very easy and they make you feel comfortable all the time.

Reviewed By G3605WMemmacWe stayed here in 2018 and just had to come back for our honeymoon. We stayed in the beachside villa which had its own pool that was bigger than expected. We were meant to stay for 9 nights but extended to 12 because we love it so much. We loved breakfast each morning which had a huge selection and had massages in the spa. The best part about the hotel is the staff. Claire who i was emailing for months in advance was so helpful. The bell boy Chai was exceptional and so friendly and helpful. All the rest of the staff were lovely too. We cant wait to return

You must keep one full day to enjoy the bonvoy experience it’s beach. We would like to comeback again to this place. It’s worth spending some time here. Reviewed By Tammy_AdventurerWhat a fantastic place to stay! This has got to be one of the most quiet, beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in Thailand. Overlooking crystal clear water, and a *huge* covered balcony, I could sit here for hours (and did many times!) listening to the water and the birds. From this balcony I saw many sea birds, dolphins in the distance, and once I saw fireflies at night! Any bird lovers/watchers, bring binoculars! Some fascinating bird life around the waters edge, including Sea Eagles and hummingbirds. All of the staff here were welcoming, helpful and lovely. Nee was amazing- always greeted with a smile, great suggestions on markets, temples to visit and things to do. She and all of the staff were wonderful. Housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly, and did a wonderful job- room cleaned every day if you like! Room stocked up with water daily (in recycled glass bottles which is so much more eco friendly), alongside coffee, tea, creamer and any toiletries needed. I was amazed that my villa had a kitchen- you could cook up some nice meals in here! No need to though- the restaurant on the property ‘Dr Frogs’ is absolutely delicious. I note quite a few guests who weren’t staying at the villas visiting for dinner also. The chef and all staff are really lovely, and make great recommendations. The breakfasts were exceptional- nothing beats a good morning coffee with fresh Thai fruit and all the eggs, pastries and other usual tasty breakfast options. The sweeping view from the restaurant can’t be beaten. There is a lookout about 5 mins walk away, but the restaurant has the same view! Transport-wise, I’d recommend you rent a scooter, or catch taxis or song thaews as the road is not safe to walk on. Unfortunately there is no foot path and many blind corners, so someone can easily hit you. I don’t know how to ride a scooter otherwise I would’ve rented one to get around, but instead would often get lifts into town from a really sweet taxi driver named Chris who lived nearby, that Boujis recommended. The occasional Song thaew passes also. Nearest 7-11 is about a 5 minute drive away, and you can get to pretty much anywhere on the north/east coast within 15-20 mins drive. Great location! Talking of, the beach next door- Chaweng Noi- is one of the loveliest beaches I’ve been to. It’s a really relaxed, low-key, non-busy beach that locals, fishermen and travellers hang out on. No parties here, just chill :) My fave beach actually! If you buy a drink from one of the resorts that have lounge chairs there they are totally happy for you to hang out on them! All in all, I loved Boujis. Paradise on earth! Can’t wait to come back and stay again :)

A very short ride to the Resort. Nice cool reception area, easy check in. We stayed in a ocean view king room. Quite compact, bedside tables, lounge chair and table, tv that angles out for view from the bed. Shelf under the tv to put cables etc, bar fridge, big shower, closet for safe, drawers and hanging spaces. Timber balcony with lounges,pathway to your ocean front beach access. Lovely big pool with a kids pool alongside. Pool towels supplied. Plenty of pool side lounges, beach lounges and umbrellas. Has a pool bar and beach bar. Special drinks throughout the day. Nice menu for a easy eat in dinner, or Stacked Burgers out the front with a good menu. Breakfast included with a big variety of choices. Central to a lot of nice Restaurants. Great massages just across the road. Very happy with our week there, lovely clean and clear ocean and water sports if you want.
