Le stanze del B&B (3) si trovano al secondo piano dell’abitazione e vi si puo' accedere tramite un ingresso separato ed autonomo, ogni stanza e' dotata di un bagno, di aria condizionata, di tv e di connessione internet wi-fi.Nel terzo piano vi e' inoltre una cucina con relativa sala colazione che si affaccia sulle dolci colline picene. Orario colazione: 7.30 – 10.00. Verranno serviti i seguenti prodotti: latte yogurt the' caffe' espresso caffe' americano frutta di stagione (produzione propria) cereali dolci tipici ( produzione propria) pane bianco pane integrale miele ( produzione artigianale) burro marmellate (produzione propria) succhi di frutta olio di oliva (produzione propria) formaggio prosciutto ( produzione propria).

Reviewed By papillonlswe arrived at Terramare to a lovely friendly welcome from Patrizia and Nicola who gave us a welcome cup of tea and showed us our very clean, and tidy en-suite room which was perfect for one of the best views in Italy!! The addition of a little shared kitchen upstairs to keep wine and water and coffee/tea making facilities wasquite unexpected, our breakfast was served each morning on the front lawn where we were able to choose from cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, various tasty traditional meats and also lovely home made jams,we were really spoilt for choice, and of course tea/coffee and fruit juice,so much to keep us going allday. Terramare is right on the top of a beautiful hillside and only a short drive away is the beautiful Adriatic sea.so much to see and Patrizia and her husband Nicola gave us so much advice and information on where to go, nothing was to much trouble and we shall be returning as soon as we can.

In the past it was a typical cottage and today it is a smart country house characterized by a warm and pleasant furnishings and a friendly atmosphere, renovated and provided with all comforts and services to offer always the best welcome.there is a restaurant, a swimming pool and a riding stable.il crinale means experience, passion and care of details, together with the choice of a wonderful territory such as the gentle hills of the marches and of the piceno.

Reviewed By JoandBrian56We had the most amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful wine-producing agriturismo. The photos do not do proper justice to the scenery. It is set within its own acres of sloping vineyards high on a hill. From our apartment with its brick vaulted ceiling, you can see miles in all directions to gorgeous medieval hill top villages in the distance and even the sea. The apartment is full of character and every morning when we opened the shutters, we could smell the wine being produced below us. Of course we enjoyed sampling it- it would've been rude not to and have bought a few bottles home to savour at a later date. Everyone who looked after us was charming- particularly Maria, Cristina and lovely little Aurora. Breakfasts were good and the pool simply stunning. GRAZIE MILLE!

Reviewed By robertadF8165CHIl posto è piccolino e coccolo. Serena, la proprietaria, si è rivelata un perfetta padrona di casa, simpatica e molto accogliente. Le stanze curate e molto pulite. La posizione è strategica perché al massimo a mezz'ora di strada dal mare e dai borghi più famosi. Vacanza super. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Se vuoi frescura e silenzio è il posto ideale
Reviewed By colui_che_gustaLa residenza People è veramente silenzio immerso nella natura tra alberi di ulivi e nocciole...lontano dal rumore cittadino. Si trova in collina...il mare più vicino bisogna arrivare a san benedetto del Tronto a 25 km. L'appartamento dispone di 4 camere con due bagni in comune (non so se potrebbe diventare esclusivo!) comunque i bagni si trovano fuori dalla camera da letto; un grande soggiorno dove poter far colazione e altro. Gli esterni sono curati con un bel prato e un gazebo in legno dove poter fare delle belle grigliate...esiste anche un barbecue. Il personale che lo gestisce è gentile e disponibile. I locali comuni sono ben arredati e confortevoli...la cucina si può essere usare con un aggiunta giornaliera di 5 euro. Posto molto positivo!

Per il resto colazione abbondante con le torte spaziali di Katia!! Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo!!

Ci siamo rilassati a bordo della bellissima piscina, abbiamo proseguito la serata con aperitivo e cena molto piacevoli. Stanze Bellissime accoglienti, pulite e profumate. Il titolare molto cordiale, gentile e di ottima compagnia. Consigliatissimo!!
