The location and the view from the room is beautiful and relaxing, so is the walk to the water. the room was very big, very cool style and the loveliest thing was the balcony! The breakfast was a great surprise and had a big spectrum. Will come back for sure! Grazie!

Everything we asked for her, crib, high chair in the restaurant - all there, well prepared. The hotel itself and the room is very clean - rarely seen such a clean and well maintained place! Well done! The breakfast buffet is very nice and attentive and friendly staff there. So if you are looking for a place to stay, no need to go anywhere else than Pironi. Beautiful rooms, a very nice „living room“ to relax after a long day and simply perfect experience in all aspects. Thank you Pironi team, you made and will make us come back to Cannobio again and again ?

Reviewed By ASMKSEfficient service and friendly staff. The home made pasta, the gnocchis and seafood were all excellent. We enjoyed eating outside on their beautiful terrace next to the lake. We can only recommend you to go when you visit Cannobio.

At Carmine about a couple of miles to the south of Cannobio, the position is idyllic. The food is beautifully cooked but forget pizzas. The risottos are to die for as are the desserts. We booked but you didn't have to. Wines and prices of them mind blowing but superb. Brilliant

Only a few steps away from the town centre and the lake, our Residences orange and yellow set in our beautiful park in a relaxed, sunny position, will offer you a very pleasant holiday. All apartments have terrace and private garden, from the Orange residence you may enjoy a wonderful view of lake Maggiore. At our guests convenience the garage, the car park and the bicycles. No animals are admitted. The apartments, pleasantly furnished, have a well-equipped kitchen corner, satellite-TV and bed linen. Wi Fi in all the apartments.

Also nice pool, gym and free bikes to borrow. The location is great, close to the promenade, market and bike route.

Clean, cheap and good
Reviewed By CaptainFuturThe Antica Stallera was a good choice considering it being a three-star hotel. The runner up was the Hotel Cannobio, but its price did not convince us. Antica Stallera gives you a guaranteed spot for your car and it has all the charm and convenience a hotel in such a touristy place should have. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is washed down daily with "eau de javel" (bleach). The breakfast buffet is outstanding and has a wide range of tastes. The hallways smell of cleanliness. The view isn't amazing, but hey - I'm not here for the view, just give me a quiet place to sleep. What I also appreciated is the fact that you can open the windows wide open. So at night you can create an air current between the toilet and your room, as I don't appreciate air cons running all night.

Reviewed By sbarrett5Very cute B&B. The location was perfect. 10 minute walk feom the city center of Cannobio. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The mountains were covered with snow and the weather cold. We loved it. Being from, Florida it was a nice change. We will be back.

Friendly hosts, convenient location, relaxing stay.
Reviewed By GigettaGolightlyI stayed in the Hotel Giardino for a week to work remotely in the sunshine and had a lovely, relaxing time. Leonardo is a very friendly, helpful host. The room, hallways and restaurant were clean. And contrary to the previous review, my room had good AC, so sleeping was not an issue. (Although I did have to ask for the remote to turn the AC on, so perhaps that -- or asking for a room with AC -- was the issue). When on the balcony, the road noise could be heard, but with the door closed, I didn't hear a thing. The balcony was great for working / enjoying the view. And the rooftop pool was lovely for lunchtime breaks and evening drinks. The hotel is a 5-min walk down to the waterfront for swimming and/or strolling along the promenade, and very close to the pedestrian shopping streets too. I can't fault my stay and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent stay
Reviewed By amboseliThe B&B is very quietly located in a small village Traffiume, 20 min. walk from Cannobio. In the summer months there's a bus to Cannobio in the evenings (except Monday). Our room was very large with large bathroom, perfectly clean and with fine furniture and bed/bath linens. Breakfast (in the garden) was excellent with fresh fruit, various breads, cold cuts, yoghurt ... everything you need. The B&B has a large well maintained garden and a small private parking lot. The property is gated. There was a 'for sale' sign on the gate. The owner, Angerlo, is an excellent host.
