Reviewed By Pradeep MWe had an amazing family stay at Nirmaaya retreats. The property is set in a very beautiful location with view of the Athirappilly Waterfalls. The Property has access to the river where the waterfalll flows down. The hospitality of the staff were amazing. The resort manager Himadri, Cassia in the reception and Sourav in the restaurant made sure we are having a nice time. Himadri Bhatt went out of the way to make sure we are pampered.

Reviewed By 452sureshkumarsVery clean and neatly maintained resort with good Swimming pools, decent restaurant, gym and play area to spend time with family at Athirapally. There is a small waterfall and hill type view inside resort which is very pleasant and enjoyable during the stay at resort.

Limited number of rooms providing good privacy, equipped with essential facilities. A highly recommended stay if your destination or halt is Athirapally.

Bad security, no covid protocols, articles stolen
Reviewed By swagatambasuWe visited this place in December, 2021. I would strongly advise not staying here. No security check: Nobody from the admin staff checked or made copies of our identity cards. This means they have no record of who visited there. No covid protocol: the staff does not wear masks, there is no hand sanitizer available here and nobody cares that there is a pandemic raging. Stolen articles: I left my Bluetooth headphones in one of the rooms. I called them up right after checkout but they blatantly denied that I had left anything in the room. Overall, very bad experience.

Within the breathtaking embrace of the deep forests, a rich and diverse flora & fauna abounds. While some of the species actually live on Rainforest property, others make it a point to pay an occasional visit. Behold the spectacular view of the crashing 80 ft waterfalls from any and every suite at 'Rainforest.'

On 11 March 2020 the Resort sent us a message that due to the start of Covid19, the Resort had to shut down and could not accommodate our guest who were checking in on 12th of March and that our amount would be refunded. Today marks 2 Yrs and 3 months and we are still awaiting our refund in-spite of several reminders. The resort now informs us that if we want a refund, they will offer us just 50% of the amount of Rs 30,000 paid to them. This is blackmail and not acceptable. We wrote to Kerala Tourism, Tourism Secretary, Tourism Dept to intervene to get us the refund, but no one responded to our request. We did not cancel the booking, the Resort cancelled our booking, and we are made to suffer for this. Some Authority should take responsibility to help us as it reflect badly not only on the resort, but also on the destination. Request Rainforst Resort to refund us the amount of Rs 30,000 immediately.........AURY MENDES REPRESENTATIONS GOA
