Reviewed By JasodaGI don’t know from where to start and how to start as it was very bad experience….we ware travelling from Gujarat as planned to visit Bhandardara this time because long back we have visit this place for day from Igatpuri…….worst service by staff and the manager he was very rude with us …….food quality was not at all good very poor quality of food and service for poha they were taking 40 min to prepare…..so called complimentary breakfast was just for the sake they were serving……Maneger of the hotel whom we met in premises was very over confident and he was thinking that peoples don’t have options other than Mtdc …..we ware with family and friends they have given us bad treatment……I don’t know why he was thinking like that …..might be he have support of mtdc to do like this because he was not afraid of anything…..he given threat to my colleagues also to vacate the room if we don’t like the services and get the refund from office is this is the type of behaviour and the services maharashtra government providing…. I want explanation for this …..very very rude staff….rooms were not at all clean …..there were stains in the commode…..toilet sheet was shaking …..AC not giving cooling….. bed sheets not clean as they said we have laundry person from Nashik when he will come we will change it…..otherwise stay with that only…..management have to take action against this because it’s not at all expected from government of Maharastra. Now it’s up to management what to do and how compensate our spoiled holiday.

We reached the hotel in the evening and our check in was smooth. The room allotted to us was very spacious, more like a small apartment. The room was clean and tidy. The service was also good. The hotel had a restaurant on the first floor, which appeared to popular among the local as it was reasonably full for the dinner. The breakfast was also served in the same restaurant. The breakfast was good but had a limited options. The buffet was also not laid out systematically and overall arrangement appeared bit chaotic. Overall, out stay at the hotel was enjoyable and memorable.

Reviewed By TravellerIndia369Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious. There is no coffeemaker in the room though, which is a drawback. The food served in the restaurant below is good, sometimes it is quite a bit salty though.The locality is not that great.

Nobody tell them anything Sometimes even staff are without Mask THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO BATHE ON ALL DAYS SO THAT WAS A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
