They helped me organized some tours and ferries. Many choices for breakfast. Swimming pool with sunbeds and bungalows, shared with other hotels. The "park" is very quiet and with a lot of green. 1 minute from the beach!

Reviewed By scphiemariewe booked the hostel for 2 nights in advance. when we arrived we were ignored for a long time, when she finally let us into the room it smelled really bad and was dirty. we still decided to stay and went to the restaurant to get food. we sat there fpr 30min, noone came up to us to ask what we would like to eat. the lady working was cutting her hair on the table next to us not caring about us. we got our food in the end which was average and expensive. would never recommend going there, because we ended up leaving early!!

Die Unterkunft DOX Ko Lanta befindet sich rund 150 Meter vom klong khong Beach entfernt an dem sich eine Strandbars und Restaurants befinden die fur gemutliche Sunsetabende einladen. Das Dox verfugt uber Doppelzimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Die Dormschlafzimmer sind auf 4 Betten aufgeteilt. Fur alle Gaste gibt es einen Sitzbereich mit Bar und Blick in den Garten.
Schöne Unterkunft mit sympathischem Gastgeber.

Sven ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps zur Insel gab und zusätzlich ein richtig guter Koch. Wir fühlten uns so wohl, dass wir unseren geplanten Aufenthalt von 4 auf 8 Tage verlängerten. Wir können jedem das DOX voll empfehlen und werden die Zeit dort in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten, denn niemals geht man so ganz ?. Michael & Sabine

Reviewed By Marina SWell, The room is ok, but you feel blocked and no air, if you are smoker skip this place. Water from nowhere is jumping to a roof, and making huge noice. Photos are not from the beach, what is next to. We booked it and we left after couple of hours to other place and they didnt even ask why. Description of place is far from what owner provides in the photos.

Reviewed By 99yvonnefSehr süße Bungalows, in denen es an nichts fehlt. Auch die Inhaberin ist sehr lieb, kümmert sich um alles und bemüht sich, uns einen perfekten Urlaub zu bieten. Sehr sauber und auch gut gelegen. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand, an der Straße gibt es Shops und Restaurants zum Frühstücken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Reviewed By adamson20Everything we were looking for in a Lanta hostel and more. We came to Ko Lanta after Phi Phi to chill for a week. Wayla is a small hostel with only a few dorms, most certainly not a party hostel if that’s what you’re looking for. The dorm has good AC which operates between 5pm and 10am and the there is a fan for during the day. The breakfast of toast, jam, bananas etc is included which makes the room rate even better value. There is an outdoor covered common area with games upstairs, and an indoor common area downstairs with free drinking water. The hostel’s location is good. Not in the heart of things in Ko Lanta but near a beach which has several really cool bars (Sound Shack, Bee Bee etc). A 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach, 5 mins to 7/11 and 2 mins to great restaurants Ohana’s and the Angels. The owner, Mote, is about the most pleasant and helpful person I’ve ever come across. He makes this hostel what it is. Take some time to talk to him while he’s around during the day. He has loads of great recommendations. We even went to a music event with him and for food afterwards. I haven’t reviewed on tripadvisor for a while but felt compelled to do so due to Mote’s amazing hospitality and kindness. 100% recommend and will definitely return.

Peacock hostel is located on the sea side close to Saladan ferry pier at Koh Lanta, Krabi. We're very closed to the center and stay among local life of the people in Saladan village. If you looking for the cheap and clean stay with friendly art, please visit us here. Peacock hostel is the wooden local house style that located on the sea with water under, feeling like sleeping on the sea touching the natural. We have a fan dorm room 2 floor sleeping 18 guests, the bedroom all painting like we are sleeping under the sea world and find more art painting in every toilet and bathroom. If you love an art, you will love here. We have small breakfast service you at the sea view terrace next to the bedroom. Our open air terrace 2 floor that nice for relaxing in your free day, some cute crab and fish will visit us under the house every day. We also stay at the good location, closed to the ferry pier that convenience to connect your next destination and far from the center just 200 meter for enjoy many local food, tour office and shopping. Enjoy your free time at the open air and sea view terrace, chill out on the net hammock over the sea that only here in Koh Lanta, Pls come enjoy the feeling of freedom with us here, the Peacock Hostel. Free coffee or tea and drinking water at the open air and sea view terrace and free hi-speed internet wifi all area.
Lovely place
Reviewed By 623adamsI stayed here for 1 night after moving from a hostel far out of the action. My room only had 4 people in there including me and had a wall up so I felt like I had privacy whilst nobody was on my side. Bed was comfy, loved the theme, loved the social areas (when I went it was somewhat dead, but it was fine for the night)
