Nice hotel, not sparkling clean
Reviewed By elenakV6969UDWe stayed at the G HOUSE for three nights. We were three couples with three double rooms. Unfortunately we got a room that wasn’t very clean... our bathroom (especially the toilet) wasn’t really cleaned. But the other couples told us that teirs was fine... so however: the hotel was nice and at a good location in walking distance to the bus terminal, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast area is self service. You can make your own eggs and toast. We decided to have breakfast at ‘Paris Baguette” just a few meters away from the hotel.

Friendly, small hostel
Reviewed By tilla55A bit of the beaten track - but this city is small, Blueboat only has a few rooms, very clean bath + a kitchen to hang out + cook. A breakfast to get you started + VERY helpful staff! There is a locker for your shoes at the entrance + a row of books + maps.

A pleasant stay in Gyeongju
Reviewed By Caleb PThe place was in a good location and was good for the price. It was a hostel with 4 acceptable beds in each room and not much else. It was really unfortunate that we had to pay for everything, such as towels and soap. Also, they say we get breakfast but don't mention that we just make it ourselves. It was just simple bread and eggs, so it was just okay. Overall, it was a very good value experience. I would stay here again if I wanted to save money. It's just nothing special at all. No going above and beyond to be nice and accommodating, just a usual stay in a hostel.

Welcome to the DO DREAM GUESTHOUSE. Our guesthouse is located 2 minute walk from the Gyeongju Express(Intercity) Bus Terminal and 15 minute walk from the Gyeongju station. We are bathroom in all room, free breakfast, free WiFi service, the finest facilities. The DO DREAM GUESTHOUSE door is open to everyone.

Reviewed By philippstvknsanta guesthouse is a cozy little hostel that i think used to be a regular apartment of someone. that makes the atmosphere very chill and like at home. santa is a very nice and laid-back host. the location is great since it’s in walking distance to most of the historic sites in town. the 2 bathrooms’ cleanliness was okay. would definitely stay here again:)

Reviewed By G_filledStayed for 3 nights (!!!), which, on hindsight, was a tad too many nights. Gyeongju is nice, but most of them could be more than adequately covered in 2 full days. Hostel is nice, clean and Kaze is always cheerful and helpful. Floor is sufficiently heated.

Reviewed By wyldfamilytravelThe Hwarang Guest house is located close to shops and all the historical sites in Gyeongju. The rooms were simple and spaced enough for a family of 4 to comfortably stay. The owner Junny was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The hostel offers pickup from the KTX station and airport transfers. The communal area is nice and spacious. Do it yourself eggs and toast for breakfast. Description says communal kitchen but you cant actually cook anything on the stove top its against the rules. Microwave and boiled water for ramen is all.

Helpful host, but
Reviewed By munchulliNo bed, sleeping on floor is good, but not for old knees and body. Plugs are loose (maybe I had wrong size plug) and mounted on the wall. No way to charge cell phone with adapter. Too much weight on a loose plug. Old plumbing, so soiled tissues can't be flushed, which I heard about. Bathroom ceiling is low, and you need to bend to go through the doorway. It's not good for old body. Very secluded, hidden in a center of city. The area has old brick road and walking with suitcase is a challenge. We walked from the bus stop to the house. The pet dog, Momo, was everywhere. I didn't like the dog in the tiny kitchen where we had the toast and coffee breakfast. One good thing: The host was nice to check about next day plan. She told us about the express bus to Busan airport which we didn't know about. It saved us plenty of time taking her advice. She called the taxi and explained to the driver in Korean.

Reviewed By boxcar912구성은 4인 도미토리, 그리고 1인실이 있다. 1인실을 예약하였다. 장점-독특한 구성(책장이 가득한 곳에서 쉴수있다.), 조식(소박하지만 토스트에 잼, 피넛버터로 PBJ샌드위치를 만들어먹거나, 시리얼을 먹을 수 있다.), 친절함(주인분이 친절하시다) 단점-1인실은 바닥이 딱딱하다. 성인 남성이 딱 잘수있는 정도의 공간만 제공하며 답답함을 느낄수도있다. 온도를 개인의 기호에 맞게 설정할 수 없다. 소음에 취약하다.
