The hotel offers free WiFi in the entire property. Our beach club offers beach chairs, palapas, kayaks, volleball court and hamacs. Our food and beverage service starts at 8am with breakfast and ends at 6 pm with early dinner. Enjoy the white sand beaches, the crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful scenery of its ecosystem. There are pink flamingos, pelicans and stunning sunsets. The hotel also offers free, safe parking and a wide variety of sightseeing tours.

off the beaten track

Driving from Cancun airport to El Cuyo at night was a bit scary.. complete dark, narrow roads and the vegetation hitting the car when you meet cars, made it scary. El Cuyo is peace and quiet, and dont expect a boosting night life. We got local help to fin the beach cottages, which were nice enough, simple but veery rustic and romantic. In the morning we went to he beach, shared with pelicans and absolutely nothing else. A place to stay for some time if you want to chill out and reflect.

Don’t

The cabañas are actually really beautiful and well designed. We were appreciative of the dividing panels between terraces and balconies from one room to another and the seashell and stone details in the bathrooms are awesome. We also loved the dogs and the lounging chairs. However our experience here was not good.First off, the place is not taken care of at all; the palm trees aren’t groomed, there are cigarette butts everywhere in the sand, the entrance makes the place look abandoned and as another user put it, the beach is full of garbage. It is one thing to have sargassum and seaweed, that is not the hotels fault, but it is completely different to have bottles and plastic bags that the establishment could take care of. The room we got was pleasant enough but the bathroom was disgusting. You could tell no one had cleaned it before our arrival, even when we arrived hours after check in time. We were given a menu for a local restaurant that would bring us food but the food never arrived; we waited two hours for our order before calling it quits. And last but not least we didn’t find the service that friendly either; the woman who greeted us was rather blunt, which isn’t normally an issue for us,except this time that didn’t make us feel comfortable enough to address the issues we had with the room’s cleanliness (or lack thereof). Also there’s no front desk so if you had an issue you would have to try to find her somehow. We didn’t see anyone else working there at the time of our stay and their wifi is not reliable so that makes contact more complicated. Sadly, we won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to other people.

Casa de Tete

Great

Reviewed By Bruna O

I stayed 3 days with my boyfriend and it was great, the lady that owns the place is really nice, the breakfast is simple but good. The pleace is the house of the owner woth some bedrooms, in each room has a fridge and a mini stove if you want to prepare something to eat, next to the house there is a market and a drugstore, it is not so close to the airport but with taxi it is really fast to get to the hotel.

AGRADABLE ESTANCIA

Reviewed By ALBERTO M

Gracias.

Ruhig, gemütlich, sauber

Reviewed By Traveling_LouiGi
