The new Chalet Bucaneve, which sits in a tranquil panoramic location next the crosscountry ski trail and near the town center and ski lifts, promises an unforgettable vacation in complete freedom, in the midst of the pristine natural setting of the Stelvio National Park Apartments of various sizes (studio, two and three rooms) are decorated with rustic furniture that adds a touch of warmth and simple mountain taste. All are well-equipped and have a balcony and color cable TV, WIFI connection, hairdrier, safe.. Chalet Bucaneve also has a solarium, ski and ski-boot deposit, bikeroom, garage, private parking and a small summer playground and barbecue The reception desk welcomes guest and is at their disposal for any need.

Reviewed By Claire FThis is the second year on the trot we have booked to stay in Chalet Bucaneve and I simply cannot fault them, every detail is taken care of. From the minute you arrive you are given a very warm welcome, the family are lovely and could not be more helpful. The apartment facilities, location and price are simply hard to beat, hence why we booked again this year. The ski hire shop in town are extremely helpful so all in all it’s a fantastic family friendly resort. There are 5 of us in my family, our eldest child being 11, plus 2 other families; so 6 adults and 6 children in total. They don’t mind when we move furniture around so we can all eat together in the larger apartment and likewise are extremely tolerant when the children run between the apartments. Definitely 10/10 from us - thanks again and who knows...maybe again next year

Excellent place to stay
Reviewed By Sirpa OVery friendly people were wellcoming us. In the room was everything we needed. Alps and skiing was fabulouous. Location is at very center of bormio. Our room was very quiet. Spa in 300m away and lifts adout 800m away. View to mountains.

A great family run hotel
Reviewed By Geoff SI had a suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted - a shower but no bath - suited me however. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No immediate parking but parking in the square is only a couple of hundred metres away. The ski lift is a couple of minutes drive or 20 minutes walk.

Awesome Place and Amazing View!
Reviewed By FpiazeraI've been on Villa Claudia on January.The Place is very cozy, confortable. I stayed with my family. The roons is very clean and big. It is loccated around 10 minuts from where is all restaurants, stores & nightlife. We took a room with a awesome view from the montains, have a nice balcony where you can seat, drink your wine and see the snow falling down. The guy that works there called Massimiliano, is a very nice guy. Everytime worried with you. He was very helpfull for everything!

Reviewed By nataliehF4442PIIt's super close to the Carosello 3000. And if you want to go to another place, the busstop is 20m from the appartement. The appartement is beautiful, practical and so nice. The fireplace was prepared, such a nice welcome! We had 3 apartments for 10 family members, everybody has his own room which was great!

You can stay in a quiet area, very sunny, with magnificent views over the village of Livigno. The two-room apartment (2/4 persons) is composed of: 1 bedroom for two people, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, wash basin, heated towel rail, kitchen area / living room with sofa bed for 2 people The four-room apartment (6/10 people) is on two levels and composed as follows: On the first floor (living area) are: 1 toilet, kitchen / living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and WI-FI Internet access included in the price. Thanks to large openings, the apartments are very bright and allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the village of Livigno. We look forward to having you as guests and make your holiday unique.
Awesome Holiday Accommodation for the Family
Reviewed By mikedup12Awesome Chalet, very friendly owners. Well situated with a beautiful view of Livigno. The apartment is nice and cosy for the whole family even included a cot for my daughter. Chalet was clean, well equipped in the kitchen. The location is close to town, and very close to the ski lifts! Ski room is downstairs and well sized. Looking forward to future visits!

The owner and the staff are always available and they bend backwards to make your stay enjoyable and trouble-free. Really, a great experience at fantastic price/quality ratio.

Crazy owner!
Reviewed By Tour58324917334Even though apartments were in a great condition, the inappropriate rules and the crazy, erratic behavior of the owner was completely unacceptable and we felt like in a museum not an apartment (any wrong move and you will pay or will be kicked out)! First of all, the owner should not be let anywhere near people (not talking about guests of their business, but people in general!). The communication was beyond any principles of hospitality or mutual respect as such. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a guest arriving with emotional support animal - dog (miniature, hippo allergic, trained). When we approached the staff to inform about the situation, they were opened to solve the situation, but the owner came out of nowhere, acting inadequate, without a face mask, shouting and immediately kicking the person in question on a street, without any further options and threatened to call a police! Without jacket, without personal belongings. At 8 p.m. ! Fortunately they were able to fond another hotel on the last minute! It is not a way to solve an argument. If that is the behavior caused by guests not following the rules, the owner should really think about giving up the business! Secondly, when another guest was locked out of their room 8 a.m. they were frowned upon that they allowed themselves to call to the number provided at the reception and wake up the receptionist. Third, upon arrival guests are intimidated by the fines in case of braking the rules. Like, we just arrived and straight away are threatened…Few of them seemed too harsh- no pets anywhere near the building (several signs around the property), strollers should be left at the garage (no designated place, so anyone could hit them with their car), so mums had to enter the building through the garage and carry their babies all the way to the apartment. Also, the ski room was one of the worst seen so far, old lockers, three old chairs in a garage to sit… In general we felt like we are a nuisance and with our presence are damaging their perfect chalet…not what you expect when going to a ski resort..for tourists..after a year of pandemic when everyone else is happy their business is up and running…

Reviewed By cornelia764The apartment is nicely decorated. Not brand new but really lovely and uses the space really well. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Really it could hardly get better. We were all sick for the entire week so did not use any of the fitness or pool facilities. It looked exactly like on the pics though. Before you come you need to call so they can let you in. If I had not read a review with the comment that the reception is in the garage I would have been really lost. The entrance to the garage is behind the second house going down a steep slope. Just to know. The employer responsible for the apartments is an absolut life saver! He came and helped us out and really was so wonderful to us!! Thank you again Sameera! We will always remember your kindness. It would maybe be nice to have simple stuff like salt oil and pepper but on the other hand it’s also not a big deal to buy it.
