Reviewed By Tom AThe owner is a dual US/Montenegran citizen. He speaks perfect English and knows what's what around Montenegro and Albania and further. There are 6 private street parking spots and another 6 in a private garage. The fella has his wits about him and will look after your every whim. His wife is in charge of marketing also American. Their family is so friendly and also pet friendly and accepted our Frenchy bulldog so nicely. No pets annoy staying guests as the apartments are so large. Next door is a very nice Italian restaurant with an English speaking Italian Chef/owner. The Montenegro Prime Minister stays next door on weekends with a police security presence here 24/7. So you can leave your Lexus or whatever here at peace all the time. Full security and service in this place. Cannot recommend anymore. These people have this place so good it's not funny. I will be back in the summer, was here in March, absolutely fantastic stay at a good price. The owner even gave me a lift to downtown when i was a bit intoxicated. Service unbelievable. Apartment so modern I cannot comment anymore. Just so fantastic, but must meet the owner to get the real feel. Ex New York fella.

The Eneida apartments are located in the beautiful grove of Liman, not more than ten meters from the sea, encircled by the thousand-year-old olive trees. These used to be houses owned by the richest Muslim citizens ("Begs"), with a dominating tower, whose windows housed the "Beg" who was watching the sea and walls of the Old Town, enjoying thus an unusual beauty.Today these houses have been renovated and adapted to be used as luxurious apartments, adjusted to the existing area of Liman, offering a complete tourist service. All this and even more than that, can be obtained in our apartments, followed by a real impression of relaxation for both the soul and the body. A turquoise blue sea washes our private beach where you can find everything you need to please your wishes.Each apartment has got a view to the sea and the horizon, a parking for your car, a mini bar and a kitchen, terrace, internet, sat. TV and everything else in modern tourism would be asked for. Come and ensure yourselves that this is the vacation you longed for. We can offer you peace, a strange feeling of relaxation and safety at any time, in the morning or in the evening. Perhaps the most beautiful sunset is just here with us. As you are watching the sea and the shadows of the Big and Small Crags of Liman, disappearing in dusk, the whole horizon becomes purple red as if you were on Tahiti.

Reviewed By U937RHandrzejwAn amazing place, apartments are perfect, all with a lovely view to the sea. There is a private beach. It's very peacefull, quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. It's difficult to get to Eneida, but when you do, you know right away it's worth it.

Reviewed By Simon MJust stayed a very happy week there. Very hospitable, rooms clean and functional with great showers and aircon. TV didn't work but no loss. Well located a ten minutes walk into the heart of Ulcinj but sufficiently away from the noise. You get a buffet breakfast which does the job.

Reviewed By Joanna PWe spend one week in Bazar. 2 adults and 2 children. It is very quiet place. Far away from crowd and noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is close to the beach and restaurants. However the closest beach is not very clean. We preferred to drive 15 min to Bojana Island. Clean rooms. Swimming pool is definitely big advantage. It was never crowded at the pool despite the fact we were in the high season. We got cold watermelon almost every day on the swimming pool which was very nice. Children were happy :) One more thing. One night it was lack of electricity in Ulcinj. It was dark everywhere. Bazar has own aggregate and we got back light after 1 minute while almost the whole city was dark for several hours. Thanks for our stay.

Reviewed By PelourinhoYou can not expect more than this magic apartment for a price like this. Maybe the lady and owner in charge is a bit of a handful, but what she delivers is pure delight. The stunning views from the seafront veranda and the calm athmosphere from the townview balcony more than delivers. Flat seemed clean to us, and the climb up to the old town was steep. The seafood restaurant below, which is part of the establishment is quite expensive, but also delivers quality. A very positive surprise for us. Recommended.

Reviewed By Razvan_RGRLocation is good (central), but uphill so you'll have to walk a bit back from the beach side/shopping streets. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. There is a small supermarket across the street with convenient prices also (avoid the market in the shopping areas). The rooms are old furnishes and not well isolated, in the evening we could hear the loud music playing from the shopping/bars area. However, the nice balcony and terrace is a big plus. Lovely views and welcoming host!

Family business
Reviewed By Reka BWell, we have 1 nice week 5 of us by Family Appartement Pasha, the wife speek well English and very helpful. But. We paid forward for 4 people 2 appartements with breakfast, but we came with one more person, one children. And we paid 2 + 4 bed room with (inclusive breakfast) and it was not correct. Room and badroom was too little, it is difficult to move there and once it was a problem that at 19:00 we used the common kitchen. Otherwise all the familymembers was nice with us, but we paid for every think. Beach is 45-60 Minutes walking, we didn't came with auto. In Montenegro everybody use car ot motorcycle. Beach is beautiful.

The worst booking experience ever
Reviewed By vvytukasI'm a frequent traveler. I've stayed in many different places all around the globe, but this place was the worst of the worst because: 1. The owner provides untruthful information on Booking. He writes that wifi is available in all the areas in the house, but in reality it's available basically in the owner's room only. I had a very important online meeting the next day, so I asked the owner if I could work in his room, but he refused to let me stay there. I was unable to work in that house at all even though the owner said that the internet problems occured because of a storm at night (again, that was a lie because we arrived before the storm and there was still no internet connection). 2. The owner doesn't pay taxes but still requires his guests to cover those fees, which has already been reported in other reviews on Booking. By Montenegrin law, every property accepting guests has to pay tourist taxes, which are also known as local or city taxes. To do so, a property must take your passport and register you on the tourism system for the Montenegrin authorities to see. This owner avoids paying taxes because he didn't ask for our passports and, consequently, didn't register us on the system even when I raised this question. On top of that, the owner refused to let us go if we didn't pay the taxes. Last but not least, the owner takes only cash and doesn't provide any receipts. 3. The owner is the most impolite host that I've ever met. He didn't like the fact that I raised questions about the internet and asked for a different room to work in. He said that we could simply leave and go to another place, which happened at around 11:00 PM. Since the atmosphere was very bad, we packed our stuff and wanted to go, but just before we left, the owner started demanding the tax that he doesn't report and, seeing that we wanted to refuse to pay the tax, he started calling us names. He said to me "mrš," which is an extremely offensive word in Serbian. Never have I ever been called names like this in a property accepting guests. All in all, I had always loved Montenegro and its hospitable people, but this terrible experience made me feel so unwelcome that I doubt that I would consider coming back to Montenegro soon. This place is run by a dishonest and disrespectful host that shouldn't be allowed to offer his place to guests on any platform online.

Apartments Bonita consists of 52 beds: 19 apartments, of which 9 two-bed, 7 three-bed, 2 four-bed and 1 (four plus one bed) apartments. The house was renovated in 2007. The location of the apartments is near the Mala Plaza (150 m), city center (200 m) and in the neighborhood there are restaurants and small grocery shops. Velika Plaza is 4 km away from the apartments, and if needed, we can organize transportation to there for the guests. Every apartment is equipped with: TV, air-conditioning, mini-kitchen, bathroom, its own towels, terrace, Wi-Fi. Apartments are cleaned upon the guest's request. We also offer for the guests a laundry service. In the reception office, the guests can get any information they need about the city in general, or any special requests. We offer the guests a safe, where they can put their valuable belongings if they find it necessary. we are offering the new breakfast-bar for our guests,therefor we offer Bed and Breakfast (BB) in our Vila. Our experience of many years with this family business and our staff is a guarantee that we will do our best so that your guest has the most enjoyable holiday possible. In 2012 we returned again in Our restaurant Bonita which is situated in the center of the Town (200m) from Our apartment with a long working tradition since 1988
Perfect seaview
Reviewed By VladyslavRudykWe got so much hospitality from Abazovic family, which is running this place. Thanks for serving great substantial breakfasts! Seaview is perfect. Room we choose was small, but included even little kitchen with anything you need. A good, quiet and romantic place for vacation. Small Ulcinj beach is aprox 7 minutes walking. Restaurants are close to Bonita as well, actually great Il Galeone is about 10 meters away. Grocery store is next door to Bonita, however bigger markets are in 10 minutes walking. Hope we come back next year!
