The perfect cleaning and our constant presence in the unit are the basic conditions for us. Every room provides you with a kitchenette with two hotplates for the preparation of small meals, refrigerator, air condition + air fans in some of the rooms, television and FREE WIFI-INTERNET covering the whole unit. Also in the garden there is a barbecue which you can use for free. All of the rooms have very big balconies. Some of them have view to the town and the mountain and others have view to the sea. The local beach with its golden sand and crystal clear waters is located around 600m from our unit. Private parking is not available but there are free parking places around our unit and also in just 50 meters from NAIAS HOUSE there is one of the public FREE PARKING AREAS of Neos Marmaras.

Nowadays along the golden beach of Sarti are built small complexes of rent rooms as well as narrow streets containing various tourist shops restaurants, bars and and cafes.
