We are a new Condo Hotel with 19 apartment in a prime location. The beach is only 3 minutes walking from the Condo Hotel and you'll have a choice of great beach clubs like Blue Parrot or Mamitas Beach that has excellent meals and drinks, you can enjoy a hammock or a beach bed in one of the best beaches in the Mexican Caribbean. The 5th avenue, is only two steps walk, and there you'll find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping stores with the best designer brands or handcrafts to have a souvenir. Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes walking distance. The Apart-Hotel has 16 suites equipped with kitchenette, one king size bed or two queen size beds, living and dining room, balcony, safe, closet, spacious bathroom, air dryer, satellite tv, free wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bath towels, maid service, beach towels.
Really bad place
Reviewed By tmucI’m really surprised how people could even write something positive about this place. I went there and I was going back immediately and found another place. When I arrived they insisted that I couldn’t check in one minute before 3 PM. No flexibility at all. The elevator was broken and nobody offered me to get my bags upstairs. Outside in the street there was a big renovation And it was very noisy. The Jacuzzi That they are advertising has only cold water and is not usable. The room itself was sticky And not like at the pictures at all. Fortunately I was able to cancel my reservation.

Reviewed By Buckeye1_11We stayed at this property for a week recently. We booked through the property. We saw previous reviews and experienced many of the same issues. On the positive side the property is well kept and has one of the biggest pools I have seen at a resort. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. And the food at the two restaurants on site was always good. The property has potential but needs some TLC. It was probably a really nice property when first built but could use some updating. Our unit was on the beach which was mostly unusable due to the seaweed. The unit was not well cleaned and had some small issues like a leaky toilet and very wobbly ceiling fan. We were locked out of building after returning one night and needed security to fix the lock. The unit next door was being renovated which was kind of loud during the day. The location is about about 15 from downtown Playa Del Carmen by car. There is nothing around the property itself to walk to. One of the biggest issues was communication with the property management leading up to the trip. Emails weren’t always clear about instructions. They have a portal but it really doesn’t accomplish anything by having it. They mostly communicate by using the WhatsApp which I did not have. Overall it is not a bad property. I think with some improvements and attention to detail I could see it being a really good place to stay.

All the apartment is on ground floor, easy acess to the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Living room area has a comfortablesectional couch, a 70" flat screen TV and DVD player to see your favorite movie. Nice place to stay

The condo itself checked all the boxes as far as what we needed for our vacation. AC, kitchenette, washer and dryer, etc. Our condo had a beachfront view. We also had access to the pool. The front desk and security were very friendly and helpful. The ONLY reason this review is not a 5 star is because we believe that I had a shirt stolen out of my luggage after someone had came in and straightened up our room while we were gone. We had tried talking to the company we rented from and they were not helpful other than the fact we told them to not have anyone come back into our room... Moral of the story, have a lock on ALL of your things or don’t have room service come in while you are gone...

The pool is beautiful and our room on the roof of the hotel gave us remarkable space and privacy. Check-in and Check-out were friendly and fast. I was surprised and delighted by how large the room was. It would be a great place for an extended stay. It provided all the amenities of a fully stocked kitchen and living room.

A lady named Carmen was so nice she helped us for the entire check in. We were put in the room that has broken aircondition, Sam addressed the issue right away and we were transfer into another room. Room were clean and big enought for 2 guest. There are utensils, pots,pans and fridge. They change towels two times a week and a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the room. There is also pool at the rooftop. Elevator was out of service so we have to climb the stairs everytime we wants to use the pool. The location was accessible to eveything. Overall I had an amazing stay at Irish Studio. I will definitely come back Suggestions: maybe a safety deposit box for each room

Great place, bad management
Reviewed By jenn-ac-1993Starting with the good - the place is in a good location, the rooms are very clean and well laid out and the onsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The bad - We booked a week here in January but after a few days needed to change our plans due to USA requiring antigen tests to return. At this time the entire world was doing it's best to be as flexible as possible to help out customers. The management here did the opposite, requiring all kinds of 'proof' of flight etc to allow us to shorten our stay which they ended up denying, saying we booked simply to cancel the hotel!?! Logical. They refused to partially refund us even though Booking had no issue with it. Poor unhelpful management. Go somewhere else that isn't trying to make things as difficult as possible.

You should note that we only had hot water the first two days, the rooftop pool is gorgeous but the water is freezing cold. The hot tub in the garden by reservation has no massage / bubbling hers and the water is barely luke warm. You’ll be required to wear a paper Anah wrist band the entire stay & $10 fee for losing it. Really should come up with better identification solution. I would recommend the property but guests should be aware of the minor issues.

Internet szybki. Od plaży dzieli nas krótki spacer, do centrum około 10-15 minut również spacerem. Obsługa bardzo miła. Na dachu basen- świetny! Ogólnie wszystko super - miejsce idealne!

You can go walking or if you prefer you can also grab a taxi or a bus just outside the building. Near us you will also find supermarkets and restaurants.
Clean, safe and affordable
Reviewed By 538stefandHotel delivered as advertised. Clean, well located, secure and great hosts. It’s about a 6 block walk to the beach. It’s located in “real” PDC. Always felt safe in the area. Lots of authentic food available in the area at reasonable prices. Pool is small and only gets some Sun for a couple to hours a day but that’s fine. Nice sitting area by the pool where you can interact with other guests. Only 14 rooms and no children so it’s quite quiet.
