Three floors apartment house founded in 1900 is after great and broad-scale reconstruction. It offers four 2 - 5 beds apartment and one six bed under-rove apartment. The apartment house is situated 50 meters from relaxation and sports area and from the park Luh as well as in the center of Sušice, which is often called “Gate of Šumava”. Sušice is situated on the crossroads of tourist routes and on the border of National park Šumava. Each apartments is formed by living room, bedroom and kitchen. It also includes WC with bathrooEach apartment is equipped by plasma TV, wi-fi internet connection, refrigerator, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, glass-cem – shower corner and entrance hall. Available are four beds (the king size bed in the bedroom and enlargeable bed in the living room. Attic apartment with large living room, kitchen, eating corner, 2 bedrooms, 2 cloak-rooms, 1 WC and luxury bathroom also with WC. From each attic window we have beautiful views on Sušice town and its surroundings.

Reviewed By zvavI've spent the last New Year's eve in these apartments and was really satisfied. Staff here is very friendly, everything is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. You'll find there everything you might need. And the price? More than good!

Relaxing and satisfying
Reviewed By Mads Thyregod RWe were very satisfied with our stay, and so were our 3 kids. Quite and relaxing surroundings, despite tennis-Camp for kids, the week we were there. The family and staff who runs the place is very friendly and helpfully. Food is also nice, at very reasonable prices. The place is clean and structured. We would for sure like to come back, anytime. Great for families, bit noisy rooms but large and comfortable

Owners were a bit hard to find on the compound (remote batteries were out and we wanted replacement or at checkout time we could not find them), but they were easily available by phone and very pleasant. So maybe just me? The compound has everything you need for children agree range 0-12, I would say. Swimming pool, sand box, bowling, play house. though the trampoline is a little tired (replacing the matting would be great and so much saver). Room mattresses were good, but cover looked shrunk in wash (for the luxury feel I would hint them to replace those, but again nothing that put me off). Some dirty cups by previous guest, not something they could have spotted. Everything else was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Würden wir jederzeit wiederholen. Hotel können wir nicht bewerten da nur dort gegessen.
