Reviewed By FarangGaijinBasic accommodation but meeting our expectations considering the price. Upon request, we could get a kettle and mugs. Walking distance from the beach, from convenience stores or restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool is long enough for swimming (20m). There’s a gym. Highly recommended if you are looking for quietness and for an affordable accommodation. The beach nearby is clean and peaceful and there are several restaurants there offering great food and warm welcome. No restaurant (therefore no breakfast) in the hotel but plenty of them in the neighborhood so no worries.

Reviewed By Footprints809878These apartments are fantastically situated in a great location, really large apartment with pool and right on the beach , service and happiness of the staff is excellent, we only stayed for three nights but we will be booking again for a longer stay next time, I have to make a special mention to Nok on reception and the baggage and maintenance bog who helped my wife when we had a medical emergency, they looked after my wife when I was admitted to hospital, thank you all so much . The drinks bar is fantastic and well priced with great restaurants all around outside .

KIDS RUNNING THE SHOW!
Reviewed By MigsyPThis is a hotel not a boys scout! First couple of times I got my room cleaned, I noticed that half of it wasn't cleaned. Then I found out that the girls cleaning my room are teenagers, really? I've been all over the world! I've stayed at 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star, hostels, bungalows, Airbnb's etc. Can't remember the last time kids cleaned my room. They missed everything, cobwebs in the corners of the laminated flooring, dust on top of the TV, clean the Hob, clean the kitchen drawers, clean the fridge. If I was this establishment I would employ adults with real hospitality experience. I REST MY CASE!

The Palms Family Resort is the perfect family holiday resort. It is ideally situated in the heart of Kamala Beach, with the beautiful beach being only metres from The Palms entrance; with shops, bars and restaurants all very near. The Palms has two large swimming pools, Fitness Centre, great restaurant, friendly staff, 24 hour reception, and has a selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units to choose from. Select either hotel rooms, two bedrooms apartments, or three bedroom Penthouses. All are fully air conditioned, and en-suite bathrooms. Apartments and Penthouses come with full kitchen, lounge/dining area, and own balcony, or roof terraces.

Perfect for my needs
Reviewed By pmarkcI had to wait overnight at Phuket Airport as I was linking up with friends coming a different route. My Place fitted the bill as it was not expensive. I really didn't have great expectations at the price. It was 10 minutes walk from the terminal. Less time that it would take to argue with a taxi driver about the fare! The outside at 10.00pm wasn't too inviting. Check in was through a window! I was on the 1st floor and there is no lift. I was quite blown away when I entered the room. All the usual amenities. T.V., kettle etc. However what really got me was how clean the place was. Room, linen, bathroom all absolutely spotless. It has no other value than it's airport location but I would have no hesitation in staying again.

Well appointed accommodation with fully furnished kitchen with crockery, pans and cutlery they even provide the basics of cooking oil salt and pepper Lovely Infiniti pool all sitting on a virtually deserted beach with superb sunsets on the terrace.. we loved it In fact probably too much since we inadvertently left my Panama Hat and a pair of Oakley sunglasses.... Eugene if you found them in reception please make sure they go to a good home!

Everything within reach (7/11 & Family Mart across the road, restaurants, massage, pharmacy, money changer everything is near) For those complaining it being far from walking street and beach there's loads of tuk tuk, motorbike taxi or even rent a scooter from them.

A good stay in Phuket
Reviewed By Jainam09Sansuri is a good calm resort. The staff was very humble and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was cleaned regularly. The beach is a little far away and for a little lazy guy like me it was a turn down. Other then that it was a good stay.
