Bad service, unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately the staff working in the hotel is the reason why our stay was unpleasant. 1. The receptionist is never to be found. They are hanging somewhere all the time but not in their workplace. If you need to ask something or order a taxi you are on your own. 2. The cleanliness of the place is shocking. Noone cleans your room for days. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and saw a cleaning lady once. She didn't even bother to wipe the mirrors or vacuum properly. The shared areas are untidy, boxes and mops are laying around the hotel. Everything is old. 3. Extremely bad service in the restaurant area. When we were visiting they did not have any breakfast for us. Even if you pay, the attitude is bad. So we ended up eating in Bernard and hotel Nacional. I really advise you to consider other hotels, as the staff of Milmari Spa and resort will make your stay in the hotel unpleasant. And I believe that the owner of the place should look into who is working for him. These people are unprofessional and unhelpful.

Reviewed By vrndzicaYes, it is one of the cheapest accommodations in the center of Kopaonik, and yes, the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly during my stay. But sadly, that's all that Jat Apartments have to offer. Old rooms that smell old, a refurb is long overdue, no elevator (in a 5 story building) and an incredibly incompetent staff. I stayed here with my parents, and we had to leave the hotel early (after only 2 nights) because we couldn't take it anymore. The entire hotel was like a party house during my stay, loud music, people shouting, running in the halls, and all this was happening until 5-6 AM. Meanwhile the receptionist doesn't answer his phone (I called all of their 4 listed numbers), and when I went to the reception (and believe you me, I went there 5 times) the receptionist told me that the guests are not that loud, and that it is not his job to take care of things like that, just what you want to hear from the only working staff, trying desperately to get some shuteye at 4AM. To top it all of, when I camo to the reception in the morning (I mean the morning shift), the head of reception started talking, almost shouting at me in an incredibly condescending tone how I should've came with my problem when it occurred, while the other guy was asking me how old I am, literally laughing in my face, and telling me how he is 10 years older than me, which had nothing to da with anything anyone was talking about. The level of carelessness for their guess is on a whole 'nother level. So to cut the story short, we packed our bags and went to another hotel. I am never coming back to this place, this is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have been coming to Kopaonik every year for the last 26 years, I feel like this place is my home (not Jat, but Kopaonik) and I am ashamed of what is happening in "my own backyard". So my friendly advice to you is, spend your money elsewhere.

Reviewed By 607ghitagIf you like food that is reheated several times this is the place for you. Also the furniture is old in some rooms, if you what to avoid food poison then you need to also avoid this place. And keep in mind where you are (Serbia). If you have a problem you are on your own.

Reviewed By AnshB1986One may take some time to locate the property although its by the side of the road. As, the GPS location was not correct. But, when you arrive in there, you will fall in love with the property and its location. Its located within the hills with mesmerizing view of the snow covered hills/green hills (depending on the climate) and the sunset. The vile has all necessary facilities at site to make your stay smooth (The kitchen was equipped with Gas top, OTG, Kettle, Utensils, Wash basin..etc. The fire place was perfect for the winters. There are room heaters everywhere, even in the bathroom). The view from the balcony was magnificent. Host, Tanja was helpful in all her ways through her broken English. She stays , just by your Vile and will be available on a call. It has got a free car park. Hence, this is a must recommendation. There are mini-markets and restaurants at walking distance for all your basic requirements.

Prelep pogled na stazu koja je odma pored hotela, ski operema iznajmljena u hotelu viokog kvaliteta. Udobnos, komfor, cistoca, opremljenost apartmana na najvisem nivou. Parking za automobil. Stvarno sve pohvale ove zime sam dva puta bila kod njih, a koliko su dobri verovatno ce tako biti i svake sledece. Veliki pozdrav za momke koje rade u hotelu postali su mi kao rodjena braca! ❤️❤️ Pogled iz sobe hotela

Brand new (December 2017) apartment hotel in the very center of Kopaonik, 50 meters (160 feet) from all tourist center amenities and 200 meters (650 feet) from ski slopes. We have 13 luxury apartments for 2-6 guests and a fine dine restaurant with great selection of beverages.

Reviewed By berdthebestсовсем небольшой номерной фонд, по три номера на этаже. Жили вдвоем: супруги 30-35 лет. Чисто, все новое, хороший дизайн номеров. Лыжи хранятся внизу, теплая сушилка для ботинок. Качественные завтраки, вкусная выпечка, уверенный wi-fi. Лифт отсутствует, также нет сауны и бассейна. в Спа ходили в Gorski, можно было и в Grand, но решили что Горски новее и чуть дешевле днем (правда вечером дороже, чем Гранд). соседи не досаждали, их только иногда было слышно вечерами, но не ночью. В лобби располагаться как-то не принято: тусовки на ресепшн нет, но оно и к лучшему: меньше курят. Курение в Сербии разрешено везде: в ресторанах, в зоне катания, в холлах отелей (для нас, некурящих, это было не всегда удобно). Мы прожили там пять дней с 16.02,2020 по 21,02,2020. в последний день мне позвонили с ресепшн и сказали, что есть проблема: горничная доложила, что мы поцарапали плиту. Устроили консилиум: я (гость), горничная по смене, администратор с ресепшн). разговаривали долго: я поясняла, что мы с мужем использовали варочную панель в соответствии с ее назначением, не резали ничего на ней, использовали посуду, предусмотренную для этого в номере. горничная пыталась отчистить: в первый заход она чем-то побрызгала безрезультатно, второй раз вернулась, держа в руках Cif... Мы опаздывали в ресторан, так как забронировали стол на определенные время: последний ужин , завтра уезжать, а тут этот инцидент. мы ушли ужинать, когда вернулись, к нам уже никто не имел никаких претензий. Сиф помог, горничной оставила чаевые. happy end. Зачем нам было портить настроение? да, вот еще: в номере, когда мы заехали, было две пары тапочек и один халат (маленький, размер женский). Мы пошутили про это, муж халаты не носит, мне одного хватило. администраторов об этом мы не уведомили, вдруг теперь они думают, что мы увезли?? - неприятно думать об этом . с утра от отеля подарили бутылку вина - это всем гостям, или в честь примирения?? ответ я вряд ли когда теперь узнаю. Халат мы точно не брали. Вернуться в отель и рекомендовать его можно, но учтите наш опыт ;)

Paucina na zidovima, dlake po namestaju, posudje koje je neoprano vraceno u kuhinjske elemente i kao najgori deo jako prljav toalet. Mislim da spremacice kada je smena samo zamene posteljunu (mada mi je sve nakon iskustva sa ovim apartmanima vrlo upitno) i usisaju ali vrlo povrsno. Toalet, ja sam sigurna, nije ciscen nekim hemijskim sredstvom za ciscenje bar mesec ili dva. Strasno!!! Morala sam da kupim sredstva za ciscenje kupatila i sve da ocistim pre nego sto deca i ja pocnemo da koristimo. Takodje, nas apartman se nalazio na prvom spratu i buka iz obliznjeg kafica/kladionice je bila nesnosljiva. Morali smo drugi dan da kupimo cepice za usi kako bi mogli spavati. Grejanje je nikakvo. Prakticno ga nema. Ukljuce ga tek nekada pred kraj dana. Verovatno racunaju da su svi na stazi tokom dana pa nema smisla da ga ukljucuju. Meni se dete razbolelo pa smo dva dana proveli u apartmanu ispod prljavog cebeta. Ima dosta mesta za odlaganje, ali je u jednom ormanu bio prljav aktivni ves nekoga ko je pre boravio u apartmanu. Dobra stvar je lokacija. Blizu je centra i zicara (zbog toga dve zvezdice). Ali toliko drugih apartmana ima u blizini zicara i centra da sigurno nikada vise u Suncane vrhove necu ici.
