great breakfast
Reviewed By Babysamolthe room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable nice view. The room decorations are very nice with orange color. The breakfast is very tasty with the choice of american breakfast or thai food. the cafe next door is very beautiful. the hotel service is very poor but it’s ok if compared with the room rate.

Equidistant location beach and Laemtong shopping mall
Reviewed By WileyCoyote2Very welcome return. Too cold for swimming pool but made up for by wide balcony giving panoramic view . Fridge with plenty of room ,and plates,bowls,cutlery and daily free water .Nice comfortable bed.Good sized bathroom with strong shower.Moderate rang of Asian TV channels ,including 2 movies and Deutsche news in English. Very helpful day ,management and security staff.Has laundry,cafe and Family Mart with 2 mins walk.4 minutes to 7-11.Bangkok Bank will exchange money across the road.Nice to relax in Bang Saen .

Budget stay for a good location
Reviewed By catherinecomizStaff: average, not that friendly cleanliness: not clean (i'm not a picky person, but my friend is.... it bothers her that the wall was molding) location: good If you are on a budget and just want to stay a couple of nights with a good location. This is it. Don't expect to receive 5 star service, because obviously you wouldn't get it. One of the staff was really an unhappy person, I requested for extra pillow and with a sour face, she told me no.(it was late, maybe she was tired) I tried again the second night with a different lady, she gave me the pillow(score!). The location is walking distance to the harbor, beach and also walking street. FYI, i join a day tour(not from the hotel) that cost THB 1,400 per pax , it's on a speed boat, includes lunch and 2 water activities(i choose snorkeling and sea walk with that oxygen tank) I think the market price is THB 1,800 per person but it was low season and I'm a good negotiator ;)

Reviewed By cslk669It's a small serviced apartment, which is clean and well-maintained. Staff are nice and helpful. It's close to Central Plaza, where you can easily take the "Song Teow" (which is a truck, a type of public transport) so it's quite convenient.

Reviewed By meawsaewSay Hi Residence เป็นโรงแรมเปิดใหม่สไตล์ apartment บนถนนบางแสนล่าง ห่างจากชายหาดเพียง 200 เมตร ห้อง studio กว้าง 40 ตารางเมตร ผมได้ห้องชั้นสูง ๆ sea view เฉียง ๆ ภายในห้องออกแบบพื้นที่ใช้สอยได้ถูกใจผม กั้นแยกห้องน้ำ ซิงค์ล้างจาน และระเบียงไปอยู่อีกมุมห้อง ถ้าเช่า apartment รายเดือนในกรุงเทพฯ ได้ประมาณนี้จัดว่าน่าอยู่มาก ทางที่พักไม่มีห้องอาหารบริการ ไม่ต้องกลัวอดอยาก แถวนั้นใกล้แหล่งของกินแบบเดินเท้าถึง ทำเลจึงจัดว่าใช้ได้ แถมตอนกลับเดินไปคิวรถตู้เข้า กทม.ไม่ไกลด้วย

Районом тоже мы остались довольны:оч близко к морю и подальше от шумного центра!если остановимся ещё раз в Паттайе,то тольк здесь из-за хорошего и спокойного расположения! Поразил бассейн на крыше,очень классный,с видом на море!чего там не хватало,так это подсветки в вечернее время!так было бы намного удобнее для безопасности жильцов,да и комфортного отдыха,так как темнеет очень рано и сидеть с 7 вечера в квартире не хотелось!бассейн на крыше оч кстати!а если бы там придумали ещё и маленький ресторанчик на крыше,цены бы им не было!) рядом на соседней улице есть куча лавок с дешевыми фруктами,едой,и массажные салоны!байк арендовали тоже за поворотом не оч дорого!правда,будьте готовы к тому,если у вас нет прав,полиция уже знает арендованные байки наизусть,и вам придётся скопить такую же сумму,как на аренду,ещё и на штрафы))) Пару раз вырубалась горячая вода,я связывалась по е-мэйлу с ресепшном,приходили,чинили за пару минут! И ещё маленьким минусом для меня оказался кондиционер расположен прямо над кроватью!кто такое придумал?не первый отель,где это наблюдаю!в жаре спать не будешь,вынужден включать его и потом ходишь с температурой 39 весь отдых.

Reviewed By Goragod Mที่พัก สะอาด การบริการใช้ได้ ห้องกว้าง หน้าปากซอยมีรถขาววิ่งทุก10 นาที เพื่อเข้าตัวมือง ล้อบบี้ไม่มีอะไรน่าสนใจ มีร้านอาหารอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน มีให้เลือกพอสมควร ไม่มีสระ ฝั่งตะวันตกไม่เห็นทะเล แต่สามรถขึ้นรถสองแถวต่อรถไปบางแสนได้ ไม่มีเมนูรูมเซอวิสในห้อง แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม คุ้มค่ากับราคา
