Professional and we'll behaved staffs. One of our family members was sick we were guided to the nearby hospital and a staff was sent along with us to assist at the hospital.A big thanks

Reviewed By Fabulous1970My stay was excellent for Havilla is a gem in the heart in the city. It was peaceful & comfortable with very good wifi connectivity & great service. As I travel alone on official work, I felt so safe & secure as there are no interconnecting rooms, day & night security gaurds who are so helpful & 24/7 camera surveillance on all floors. The rooms are very clean & maintenance is at its best. Overall I like the staff who are always smiling , polite, friendly & of great support. Keep it up ! I recommend to all especially women travellers.

Reviewed By Idris BI had book a one bedroom apartment, for 3 persons, with a early check in, the bathroom was very small and not as per standard, they was no refrigerate or water heating kettle, Even after I had told them I booked for two days and will check out at 12 noon, the manger and other staff in hand, billed me for 3 days, and they are not ready to listen to us, they are arrogant. Felt cheated.
