Location Fifth Jomtien Pattaya is a resort hotel in low-rise resort hotel set in natural surrounding with a large green area, completing with mini putting green golf. The resort offers a personalised service designed to ensure the most satisfaction to all guest. Fifth Jomtien Pattaya is located only a five-minute walks to/from "Jomtien Beach" and is also near to the Pattaya immigration office. Accommodation 72 spacious rooms including suites are designed to maximise natural light with large balcony, most of which completing the landscaped garden and edgeless swimming pool. Couple of weeks in wonderful hotel
Reviewed By Stask0tI stayed at this hotel in May 2022. I arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m., the staff offered to leave my things since check-in is from 14 o'clock. The room has everything you need, of the advantages I want to mention a large TV with smart TV and also a small kitchen with a microwave and a separate sink. Of the minuses, the hotel has really fast Internet, but it is not always stable. The room was cleaned well, everything was always replenished. The hotel hosted breakfast, a very large selection of buffet food on weekends, on weekdays the waiters brought 1 of 3 pre-prepared dishes to choose from, but there was always fruit, toast and coffee past the main course. You could always ask for more. There are also two small pools, both clean and near them there are sun loungers with awnings. I want to note that all employees are very responsive and always smiling! There is a small market near the hotel, as well as grocery stores within walking distance. In general, a couple of weeks went great, I would love to come back again!

Good location, very noisy.
Reviewed By Odd123Location end Soi 7 -> 2.nd Road. If you want good location to market and noisy Soi 7, you are the right place. Balcony at the 2.road side. Very noisy to sit outside with all the traffic. Also the "bedroom" side is noisy with all the screaming and Music from Soi 7. The balconies is just separated with each other with a thin wooden frame- you can hear everything what the neighbor does and say. Small room and very hard bed. Bedroom is located in direction to a hallway. Noisy with alle the traffic of people walking outside. Also be aware of that staff luck them self in to the condo without permisjon. They did it to us. We have been travelling to Thailand since 2003- and this was one of our worst experience regarding renting Condos We paid 15.000 thb for 1 month- to much for this type of condo. Take a look in the neighborhood and you will find better condo and prices.

Номер: есть необходимый минимум (кровать, кстати большая, очень удобная, шкаф, ТВ, холодильник, столик, тумбы, стул, туалет с душем, балкон), к ремонту претензий нет, чистенько. Бассейн: маленький и вода всегда холодная (наверно чтобы меньше купались и реже менять))), солнце там только в первой половине дня. Расположен бассейн не очень уютно, от проезжей части отделен невысокими кустиками. Бассейн не пользуется особой популярностью у постояльцев, да и понятно, проще на Ко Лан съездить. Завтрак мы не брали, поэтому тут нечего рассказать. Расположение отеля относительно достопримечательностей не очень удобное, далековато, хотя до тук-туков близко, они увезут куда надо. Рядом магазин 7/11, чуть дальше BigC (в нем большой продуктовый супермаркет). В целом в номерах тихо, но иногда заезжают ооочень шумные тусовщики, которые возвращаются домой под утро, шумят и хлопают дверями (но возможно я придираюсь, все-таки Паттайя есть Паттайя, просто мы вели не слишком бурную ночную жизнь). С уборкой в номерах все хорошо, регулярная. На ресепшене приветливый персонал со знанием английского. Еще один минус: отель не слишком известный, поэтому многие таксисты и водители экскурсионных минивенов не знают где он, так что советую сразу обзавестись визитками отеля. Подводя итог хочу сказать, что несмотря на некоторые минусы, отель неплохой, номера уютные. Для нескольких дней в Паттайе подойдет отлично (если вам не принципиальна близость к Walking Street), хорошее сочетание цена/качество

Nice apartments and a great price near Jomtien
Reviewed By lenchannonRecently stayes at this residence on 18th May 2019 and found the owner Jill to be very welcoming and helpful if we needed any help with anything. The staff helped us to our room and took our luggage. The apartment is like a home so you get all the home comforts like cooking facilities, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. 3 air con units and two TV units which was great. Yes you do get a 20kw electric allowance daily and just be aware air con and fridge freezer will eat into this but even over the daily allowance for the 4 days we stayed was very reasonable at 4 Baht a unit so cannot complain. Some places charge way more. Nice and secure residence and you have a key fob to let you into the entrance without disturbing the staff. Swimming pool was nice and family friendly even with the other residents. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay here and have a bit of luxury and home comforts that some hotels do not even offer.

My stay in the Hotel Golden Beach Resort,Pattaya
Reviewed By szk29My experience of staying in this Hotel was very bad and disappointing. I have stayed in this hotel from 22.02.2018 to 24.02.2018 The room allotted to me was not good,not nicely cleaned,bathroom was dirty. There was Tea Kettle in the room but hotel staff refused to provide Tea bags and sugar puch ect for making Tea in the room. Bath Room Towels were very much old,shabby and Torn form the sided. Hotel Reception staff and house keeping staff was not at all co operative and well behaved.
