Absolutely Outstanding!!!
Reviewed By Imm_ThaiTravThis place is so outstanding and I'm 200% sure that you will be impressed by its style, decoration, Thai food & dessert. I only came for lunch, not stay overnight. This place is a wooden old-fashioned style house and pavilion, with a pond full of the lotus at the center of the site and other settings and decor that make this restaurant an exceptional atmosphere.

Reviewed By KevinKhonKaenDear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin

Reviewed By 365GT4-BB期間を限定した出張用アパートメントホテルと割り切れば非常に住み心地は良いと思います。サービスもかなり良い印象です。何故割り切りかと言うと、①プール側は良いが、一方道路側だと空き地だけで気持ちが落ち込む（ギャップがすごい）、②棟によっては中途半端に工事中であり、景観を大幅スポイル ③車無ければ、買い物も出来ないので車あるのが前提 そんな感じですね つまり、観光でなければ十分だと思います

Family holiday
Reviewed By U3116XZgaryhRoom was very authentic Thai with wooden architecture. Great location within the town. Rooms were very clean and well kept. We had a family room and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great feel to the place. We sat out on the deck each night and enjoyed great views, beer and food. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend this spot to stay.

Disappointing
Reviewed By Njål AInexpensive, quite large room/suite, decent (but not more) breakfast, a bit far away from anything (but this we knew). Threadbare towels, a lot of mosquitoes also inside (several times killed more than ten in the elevator, without geting them all, also many in our room). They have a rat problem, our next to last night we were kept awake for several hours by noises in the ceiling and top parts of the walls (we were on the top floor), also saw one run under the tables on the floor were the lobbyand coffe shop/breakfast place is situated. Not offered to change rooms to another floor or a discount for the extra matress we had the last two nights, they just said they'd spray/put out poison to keep the rats away. Will not be visiting again.

Reviewed By tirol0320敷地から出てすぐにコンビニエンスストアもあって便利です。設備は古いですが、WiFiは安定して使用できストレスがありません。部屋によっては、隣室のタバコのにおいの影響があります。朝食は、10種類ほど定食が選べます（和食、洋食、タイ料理）味も普通です。

Poor Hotel
Reviewed By Christopher Joh... BThe room is good but the big problem they don't clean the room daily, and there breakfast suck there is no bacon, and only 3 dish that they put in the buffet line. Another problem is that the location suck also its like 20-30mins and its like 15KM go to the main city of ayutthaya and they don't offer free transportation service. also there mini mart located in the resort is close at 8pm so after 8pm if you need anything you should wait for tomorrow to buy it. This resort suck! Poor location and poor service even the room is poor!

This is PU guesthouse now. Average but will do for 1 night
Reviewed By ryangalloway93First of all we’re a couple from England, 25y/o, we knew this was for one night only before heading to Chiang Mai. We arrived around 6ish and got checked in, Pu came over from her other hotel across the road, literally a tiny side street. She checked us in and made us feel very welcome. We were shown to our room which was very basic but the bed was comfy, there was a toilet, shower, a/c, a fridge and a table area to put your stuff. The a/c worked great so the room soon cooled down. Yes the room could’ve been cleaner, a quick flick around with a duster to get rid of some cobwebs, but nobody is perfect and this was £15 for the night! It was spot on! Like I say it was one night, probably the best nights sleep I’d had in a while. We went for some tea (KRB I recommend) then back to hotel to sleep and checked out the follow morning. PU let us leave our bags and we explored Ayutthaya as our train was the night train. We got back to the hotel and showered before our train. It was 100baht to rent 2 towels for the shower, we could use our own but this saved us drying time. PU then organised us a taxi to the station. Overall if you’re here for 1 night wanting to save some money then it does the job. The boat trip she offers is nothing special but you get to go see some temples and have a ride on a boat. There was only 1 temple I’d say that was worth visiting. That worth it I’ve forgot the name atm! But at 200baht per person, she’s making a great profit because you then have to pay at the temples! She didn’t mention this, obviously cos she’d have lost out because a Tuk tuk would be cheaper in total if there’s at least a couple.
