BEST, reasonably priced hotel in Athens

If I talk about all the positives I could write a whole book but the best part is the lovely service by the Managment especially the manager Ms. Iro. There is high speed WiFi available as well as free parking right outside. The toilets are great with rain shower head and Netflix, Amazon prime etc on the smart TV in the room. All rooms also have balcony which is a great addition for smokers or just to get some fresh air and enjoy the view. The hotel is also very central and 2 mins walk from the metro although you can walk to most places in central Athens from here easily anyway. In conclusion I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay while here in Athens and it is defo the best hotel in the area even better than the supposed 5 star Wyndham next door. MUST STAY IF YOU ARE VISITING ATHENS 10/10 ??????

Reviewed By paulasV2743YCStayed for one week and upon arrival were immediately upgraded to a larger suite. The apartment was very well equipped, modern, with everything you would need and immaculately clean. Really friendly and helpful reception staff and the infinity pool had the most amazing views over Athens. Centrally located and near the tube if you want to visit outside of Athens. We took a lovely boat trip to the beautify Island of Hydra too and explored as much of Athens as we could. A wonderful stay.

Reviewed By elantijnExcellent experience! Apartment is very comfortable with all you need for a few days. Nice balcony with view on the street. Roof terrace with a view on Akropolis! Clear and friendly communication to receive key, reserve taxi and other services. Location is great, right in the middle of a very lively area in Athens. Restaurants and major sights near by. We were off season, maybe in high season it can be bit more crowded and noisy.

Good Value Close to Airport
Reviewed By TravellingGail2017First stay here. Wanted a place close to the airport without the airport prices. Beautiful location amongst a cluster of homes and farms. Breakfast is pretty basic...juice box, fresh fruit and a sesame seed roll. Suggest walking down a scenic path, past horse, chickens and roosters to the nearby bakery for coffee and breakfast/lunch. Bottled water provided and replenished free. I expected the airplane noise to be awful, but it was not bad inside the rooms and I had no trouble sleeping. Yes, if you are sitting in an outside area, you may have to stop talking when some low planes fly by. Our room was on the second floor and the breeze and view to the sea were amazing. Our sons were in separate rooms and joined is for conversation on our spacious balcony. Fodos picked us up at the airport and was so friendly and accommodating for our 2 day stay. If he was available and not transporting other guests, he drove us to the sea. We walked to the beach once. It is about a 40 minute walk next to a noisy street, mostly in an industrial area. More pleasant to go by car. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star was the last night some new guests arrived and I realised how clearly I could hear them from my room. I think they may have been exceptionally noisy, but I could hear them brushing their teeth and their conversations. Some soundproofing could be helpful. I was awakened at midnight and again at 6 am. I would return to this accommodation for a night or two.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe , ideal for families, couples and business travelers . Our apartments are A1 and A2 semi-basement around the courtyard , B1 and B2 on a raised ground floor and C1 and C2 on the first floor .
Comfortable accommodation in a great location
Reviewed By lseiserWe stayed for three nights in the A1 (semi-basement) apartment. There was a lot of space for us (2 people), bed was comfortable, and useful kitchenette area. The air conditioning worked well and was welcomed after being outside in the heat. There was a shared outdoor terrace, but we did not use due to the heat. It was perfect for a long weekend, but it would have been difficult I think to stay for long-term accommodation due to small kitchen and no working space. The location of the apartment is wonderful for people who are interested in staying within walking distance to the main attractions without being in a touristy or loud neighborhood. Many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as two craft beer stops.

Too noisy

My room (a triple) was quite big and comfortable, kitchenette and bathroom were ok, but no possibilities to change room temperature -air conditioning digital panel seems to be locked- and, most of all, too noisy. I slept only a few hours, especially in the last night because of continuos traffic noises. No double glazing or soundproof windows, even if the hotel is on one of the busiest streets in downtown Athens. Unbelievably noisy, I wouldn't stay at k29 again!
