Reviewed By 79dinabОчень понравилось в отеле все. Чистый. Новый. Уютно. Ничего лишнего. Приятный персонал. Отличное расположение. В шаговой доступности находится все, в том числе лучшая кофейня Астаны в этом же ЖК. Хорошие завтраки. За предложенную цену-наилучший вариант.

Reviewed By dohasfoneОстановились на ночь вдвоём, за пол суток оплатили 10000тнг. Небольшой мини отель. После свежего ремонта. Все аккуратно и чисто. Интерьер в постельных тонах. Полы ламинат, нехватает небольших ковриков. Лестница на второй этаж винтовая, из металла и стекла, вся скрипит. В номерах двуспальная кровать, холодильник, телевизор с кабельными программами, чайник и шкаф. Санузел совмещённый, ванная, унитаз и ФЕН. Странно было то что в двухместном номере один комплект полотенец и халат один, одна пара тапочек и одна чашка. Ответ на ресепшене по данному вопросу был прост и лаконичен. "Так как мы сняли номер на пол суток то и принадлежностей половина"

Cheap stay in clean room with amazing view
Reviewed By Thung673Basic room with separate bath/shower ( also with a great view as room was located on 40th floor in a corner). Room had kitchenette with only a water cooker present (didn’t check in cupboards). Reception staff speak basic English but booked via booking.com and no introductions were required.

Reviewed By Yuliya SStayed there for 2 days together with boyfriend. It is indeed good location. Right in the center, around 15 minutes walk to Khan Shatyr, 5 minutes walk to the Mosque. Small shops, hairdresser right in the building ground floor. Though it does look nice from outside and considered to be "lux" apartments there are some issues that don't really comply with "lux" status. First of all issues with shower. Water keeps changing from boiling hot to cold all the time, asked service providers they admitted that this issues is in all apartments of the buildings. Our apartment were pretty dusty, the clean linen was put on a top of old dirty sheets... so wouldn't stay there anymore.

Be aware. They attack foreigners
Reviewed By PN136Be aware. They will attack foreigners! I stayed in this place for six months. It has some pros as it is very central, has an in house supermarket and a good gym. But I just tell you some facts and the rest you decide. The management is always drunk, security extremely rude, and would never feel there being a guest. There is even a rumor it's a watched location for foreigners and government has hidden microphone and cameras inside the flats. Good luck !
