Reviewed By Varshney234Visited during peak wedding season and the service and all was not up to the mark. It took us 1 hr to get lunch at our room. The hotel staff even at the reception was not wearing masks and was not at all co-operative.

When asked to change matress, staff behaviour was not good. He didn't change it. Poor cleanliness. Rooms are spacious but not maingained. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was a studio apartment with all the amenities we needed and the staff here went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy our entire stay! The place was clean, friendly, quiet and a quick tuk tuk ride from all the temples. Tanuj and the rest of the staff here are 5 star hotel amazing and we will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to this holy city. We have 34 luxury rooms. All rooms have attached bathroom with all kits, pure veg. AC restaurant, AC banquet hall, power back-up, ample car parking.

Reviewed By SwarnaPAnandWe stayed there for two days in a deluxe room which was suitable for a couple, so if you are traveling with family go for a bigger room. Room was neat & clean, equipped with adequate furniture, had a television with satellite connection. Bathroom was clean and had a hot water geyser. It just remains wet mostly. Plus point was, the room heater, which came in handy as we visited in winters. Room service was good too! Overall experience in this hotel was good! Restaurent was good too. We enjoyed all the meals. Only drawback we had was that the bed was pretty hard to sleep on. Hotel is based in Vrindavan & on main road, which is another plus because maximum number of temples are situated nearby like, ISKON, Pagal Baba, Rangji, Nidhivan, Lotus, Prem Mandir and a few more. And autos& E-Rickshaws were “always” available from hotel. Traveling in Vrindavan is recommended by E-Rickshaws, they are cheap and easy. Beware of monkeys, they are literally everywhere! All the temples had monkeys apart from Janmabhoomi, Prem Mandir & Iskon. They snatch everything & anything from your specs, glasses, caps to mobile phones. If you plan to visit Mathura-Vrindavan, I would recommend you to stay on Vrindavan as it has more temples and easy travel. However its very easy to do to and fro from Mathura to Vrindavan.

Do take care of your room key, if lost they will charge a heafty amount of Rs 500 which is way higher as compared to 5 star properties. Do take care of your belongings from Monkey gang! You will enjoy your stay at Anand Krishna Van and not regret for your choice! Near Places : Krishna Balram Temple (1km approx) Bake Bihari Temple (2-3km approx)

Находится рядом с Русским домом и Кришна Баларам Мандир. Кровати не удобные длиной 1,8 м. Ограждение выше уровня матраса, поэтому у людей ростом от 1,8 ноги свисают на деревянной стойке кровати. Wi-Fi бесплатный только у ресепшн и номеров по близости. В остальных местах платный, 100 руп. в сутки. В отеле не кормят, но есть кухня. Номера убирают, есть горячая вода. Персонал доброжелательный.

Worst service and unmannered staff.
Reviewed By PusparagJMy worst stay ever. Unprofessional and unmannered staff. They even don't to how to talk. They treat extra pacs like a staff, no towels given, no extra bed offered just gave a bedsheets on floor. Never visit this hotel. I never recommend.
