Our House "Civic 7" located in the city center, but in a very discreet location a few hundred meters from major infrastructure, such as train station, bus station and commercial port and only 16 KM Airport Tito Minniti. We propose as an alternative to classic and luxurious Hotel in a location decorated with care and attention, with all the comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Excellent customer service
Reviewed By r0saMicheleFabio was extremely warm and accommodating. He gave us cold water on arrival and offered to make us a coffee. The rooms were large and modern, uncommon in most parts of Italy. There was also a lovely breakfast of pastries, toast and coffee on offer which we declined due to time constraints & Fabio seemed disappointed we couldn’t partake.

Reviewed By amybU5325WSWhat a find! We stopped here before catching the ferry to Sicily but I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool is incredible, the rooms are spacious, very clean and have amazing views. Andrea is an excellent host, he recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner. We will definitely stay here again, very highly recommended.

Camera bellissima e pulitissima vista spettacolare bagno grande e bellissimo insomma se vai a cercare qualche cosa di negativo non la trovi. La titolare poi gentilissima.Lo consiglio vivamente.

Nice place, friendly management
Reviewed By Micaela RThis B&B is pretty nice and it's good located. On the top of the building there is a terrace with a awesome view on the Stretto di Messina. It is very clean and the breakfast is also very good, could be perfect introducing something salty. Only "bad" point is that the Delux Room has no private bathroom.

The host was very professional and friendly and the breakfast set up simple but plentiful with coffee machine, kettle, juices,yoghurt and packaged biscuits etc. great internet and secure room and building. Recommend for short stay

Reviewed By Retirement1We stayed here the night before taking the ferry to Sicily. There are four private rooms with baths connected to a common sitting area with a great view of the water. We were the only ones there but I think it would be a nice space to socialize if others were there. The private space was spacious. Breakfast served by a very nice woman. Would recommend

Reviewed By hans rRoom nice & o.k. location near ferry and town is good. But shower too small only 60x60 cm. Mattress very thin. Breackfast no service. No coffee because coffeemachine did not work. No bread. So nothing usable to eat. For this poor Service too expensive. I have had better 3* hotels for less money.

Ok for a night
Reviewed By GuenterD1980We stayed at this B&B for one night on our way over to sicily. The room was fine, nothing fancy but with a well working AC, a decent enough bathroom and WIfi. It is located quite in the center of the town which isn't really an all too nice place. Parking is only possible on the street but at least there were plenty of spots. The breakfast was due to covid regulations somewhat mediocre. All in all fine if you are just passing through but nothing I'd spend several nights.

Reviewed By SimoneP3246B&b molto bello, pulito con mobilio nuovo e funzionale. TV grande, wifi , colazione fornitissima in un salone ampio e luminoso. L' unico neo purtroppo è che alcune camere hanno una finestra che da sull'interno e quindi la poca luce ti costringe a tenere la luce sempre accesa.
