Reviewed By Thomas SThe location toward the north end of Costa Esmeralda is good but the room was dark and humid. Both the room and the food to expensive for what they offered. Also a stupid stunt: We booked before hand over an internet site. We arrived fairly late, maybe 9pm, and they gave us possibly the worst room on the premises. Also the announced prices were lower then the ones we were charged, likely on booking.com, though I do not remember the site for sure. Better options are available nearby! They are all on the highway so you cannot miss them!

Reviewed By Cliff CWe went to this hotel and were left with a deep feeling of mistrust. They tried to get more money out of us than was agreed upon. It was dirty too. Some of the dirt was probably sand blown in from the coast but still. Do yourself a favor and find some place else.

Old but functional, it works, good price
Reviewed By Jaime Gmo GStayed one night only. Loved the lawns and parking lot which is secure. Very friendly staff. Good price. It is an old hotel, probably from the 1980's mostly not renovated, but clean and everything works. Good location if you are looking to avoid downtown. I would definitely come back. Wish I would have tried the restaurant because it looked nice. Huge swimming pool!!

Reviewed By Andrea BThis is a lovely Posada/BnB. Our room was small, with one queen sized bed and another in the loft, but we are three adults and were plenty comfortable. It was very sweetly decorated and had access to a lovely, relaxing terrace. In the morning, we had a simple but good homemade breakfast which cost around $250 mxn for three people. The owner doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish, but we shared our love of houseplants using google translate. All in all a good value and pleasant stay.

Reviewed By VivgcortesEl hotel es como una casa adaptada de hotel pero las habitaciones son muy sencillas, las televisiones de las cuadradas de antes, no se veía el sky, el baño muy amplio pero muy sencillo no salía el agua bien de la regadera, el personal de servicio muy amable y atento y el lugar muy tranquilo, pero considero el precio de la habitación muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.

Reviewed By mlotto7A bit challenging to find...driving in to the city, hired a cab (who had to call his dispatch) to find this hotel. It is an older building. The staff and owner is VERY nice. I'd rather stay at a place like this vs a corporate big name any day. There is a lot of construction going on. The elevator did not work. Workers everywhere. It's a good thing. The hotel is located next to a police station. Rooms are nice. AC works great. We had two rooms with flat screen TVs and good cable channels. Wifi was fast. All was good in the room. Clean, comfortable. My kids swam in the pool. It is small, but clean. Listen...you get what you pay for. I paid $29 per room via an online site. It's a great deal.

Reviewed By taraggStayed again for the 4th time. Location is secure, close to Malecon and price was reasonable. During all of our stays there has been hot water, internet and good food. Very friendly staff. Thanks again!
