Casa Turchetti owes its name to the “Maestro Turchetti” who was a great musician that first held his lesson in the house and later turned it in a very important School for Musicians in Taormina .Not far from the gourgeous panoramic “Belvedere “ square , and just upon it , the house is situated in the heart of Taormina , almost in the middle between Porta Messina and Porta Catania. In all rooms well restored it’s possible to feel the characteristic atmosphere of the late 1800’s houses.

The luxurious B&B is excellently located walking distance to the main square and all the main attractions in Taromina but nestled in a quiet street which provides a nice respite. The B&B has lovingly been restored by Pino and Francesca who are wonderfully warm, welcoming and attentive. We have travelled extensively and without a doubt this was one of the nicest and most relaxing places we have stayed. The terrace view of the bay and Mt Etna is beyond compare.

The room was perfectly clean, the bed comfortable and good internet connection. The breakfast is very good including ofcourse fresh orange juice!. I highly recommend this place

Excellent central Taormina apartment

He gave us information about all of the sights, restaurants, how to get around and how long to walk to places etc. breakfast was fab on a sunny terrace overlooking the town.

Reviewed By Patricia WAn enjoyable 4 days in a great B and B in Taormina. Cosy room with a lovely ensuite and a small enclosed balcony. Great location in the Corso Umberto with restaurants and shops minutes away. So much food at breakfast kept us going for the day. Thank you Mario for looking after us and all the information you gave us about the area. There are 50 steps up to the B and B which is on the second floor but not a problem as Mario checked us in and helped with our luggage.

Reviewed By Nordick12I had a great 3 night stay at this fantastic B&B. My apartment was very clean and comfortable and included a kitchenette. With a car the location is perfect for visiting Taormina and the surrounding area. Breakfast was the best I have had in Sicily with eggs, cheese, fruit and a wide selection of breads and pastries. Paola, the owner, was very kind and a great source of travel advice.

Decent Property, Terrible Hosts - DONT GO
Reviewed By C9892EFlouisepmy family stayed at this place last year in July, the place is decent however overrated and I'd definitely not pay that much money again, I'd rather go to a hotel with better services, pool, better bfast. You cannot park at the property and they'll charge you a serious rate for parking daily elsewhere. BUT the main issue was that I was only told last week by my daughter that the young host (Luca) was hitting on her constantly, making some very inadequate comments more than once. the older host tried to be nice initially but when he realised we didn't speak Italian he got really upset and started ignoring us, which was slightly awkward. At times he would even mumble some things when around us, clearly showing he was not content with us being there. YOU CAN GET A LOT BETTER FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY!! The host even called me before our stay to ask if we'd like to pay in cash and he'd give us a discount, obviously we did not accept this. WATCH OUT!

Nice accommodation with beautiful garden and swimming pool
Reviewed By ClementinevTaormina is worth visiting and Agriturismo Terrania worth staying, away from the crowd. The complex has a beautifully maintained garden and swimming pool. Owners and personnel are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast (included) and dinner (optional) with traditional dishes and daily changing menu. Pity there are no facilities to have lunch. There is also no bar, but when you ask they happily will make you a coffee of provide you with a drink.

Reviewed By Stay26920974018Wonderful hotel. We stayed in room 4 which was very spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was huge and everything was very clean. Our balcony was one of the best ones in our opinion - good view while also remaining more private than some of the others. I really appreciated all the little extras in the room - bathrobes, slippers, flip flops and lots of bathroom bits and bobs. There were the usuals of shampoo etc but others that you don't usually get at a hotel which I thought was nice. Also, they replenished the shampoo which was much appreciated - I've been to too many hotels that don't do this and expect you to manage with one tiny shampoo for a whole week! The breakfast was very good - always fresh fruit on offer, fresh homebaked pastries and cakes as well as savoury options. Giovanni was an absolute dream and made us feel so welcome. As for the steps to the town, I was worried because of some reviews but I didn't need to be. I managed walking up and down every day while 23 weeks pregnant. It is a lot, but just take your time and there's no need for getting taxis or shuttle buses. Being on the smaller side and not in the centre of town, the hotel was also really quiet and peaceful. On the whole, this was a slightly last minute booking and I'm so glad we went for it. Would stay again at Le Terrazze in a heartbeat.

The elegant rooms have furnished with any comfort.

Set on the hill side in Madonna della Rocca, this accommodation was everything I wanted from a holiday, quite, relaxing, fantastic views, restaurant and bar nearby, walking distance into Taormina and a bus service if required! We were greeted on arrival by Sebastiano the owner and a lovely host, full introduction to the villa and environs. We had the rooms under the sun terrace , which were clean and well maintained, we had our own outside seating and lovely garden leading to a small pool, the views were stunning, of Taormina, the sea and Etna. There is a small room on the sun terrace which Sebastiano stocks with beers and wines for a small cost! Breakfast was cooked by Sebastiano’s wife and were alway very good. Would definitely stay here again and would buy it if I had the money!
