Reviewed By 801tizianolBreathtaking experience in this wonderful location in one of the most beautiful place in Italy, I’ve been absolutely thrilled by the peacefully of the location, the quality of the food is unreal, breakfast is very fancy and stylish, excuisite. Dinner very romantic and excellent food served. For the sky fan is probably the closest location and more strategic accommodation in Canazei, you can litteraly walk from the lobby to the chairlift in 60 seconds. The staff is super professional and friendly and the cleaning is absolutely 5 stars. Amazing experience, highly recommended.

X Alp si trova in una posizione strategica, vista la notevole vicinanza con gli impianti di risalita del "Ciampedie - Catinaccio Rosengarten", la fermata degli autobus e la ciclopedonale che percorre le valli di Fassa e Fiemme, costeggiando il torrente Avisio. La struttura è completamente rinnovata nell'ultimo anno, dispone di 39 camere disposte in 4 categiorie, sala meeting, sala living, sala comune, due rampe di scale e un ascensore, un ampio terrazzo e parcheggio scoperto, oltre a due depositici sci e bike. Inoltre, l'hotel dispone di un centro benessere (sauna e bagnoturco) e una vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi esterna (panoramica e riscaldata) disponibile su prenotazione e riservato ad uso esclusivo per gli ospiti. La vista ha panorama dolomitico su tutti i 4 lati della struttura. L'Hotel dispone di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita con fibra ottica. Ogni camera è dotata di balcone, parquet, TV con canali Sky, telefono, cassaforte, phon, bollitore, set di cortesia "L'Erbolario" e selezione di tisane. La cucina, capitanata dallo Chef Massimo Battisti, prevede piatti della tradizione locale e internazionali, rivisitati e proposti in chiave gourmet. Boutique-ish hotel with personal service
Reviewed By BrooklynTrekkerThis is a small, modern and tastefully-designed hotel with a staff that is uniformly cheerful and helpful. It's located right next to the lift to the Pera ski area, and a short drive to Buffuare. Skiing elsewhere will involve a longer drive. It's on the main road in Bal di Fassa, which is good because Pera is not a big place, and you will find yourself driving out to rent equipment, to dine and to ski. Our room was rather small, but spic and span. Bed linens were a fitted sheet, plus a duvet inside a sheet. I would have preferred a flat sheet as well. One day out of four, the staff forgot to leave towels in the room, and we had to get them ourselves. Although I didn't see it listed on Trip Advisor, the hotel has a hot tub, a steam room and a sauna. (Never travel without a bathing suit!) Unfortunately, these musty be booked in advance (due to COVID-19?), and only one party at a time can reserve. My advice is reserve early for the length of your stay if you don't want to be tubbing at 9PM. The restaurant has a great breakfast. At dinner, its aspirations greater than its execution, but the price for the four course menu is reasonable. The hotel provides ski lockers, although we discovered at checkout there was a charge of EUR 2 per day for their use.

Besides the outstanding views, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, room spacious, warm and nicely-furnished, breakfast and dinner both strong and varied. The only reason this hotel is 2-star is the lack of an elevator, which really makes one question hotel rating systems!

The staff were all lovely, service was very good, the food was mediocre (given Italy has fantastic food available), the ski room was good and the location is fabulous if you want to ski and lousy if you dont. Little to no sound insulation between rooms meant we were treated to a range of interesting shared experiences (!) This hotel literally shares a building with the Groste Express Telecabin lift and ticket office. That takes ski in ski out to a whole new level of immediacy. It is also next to the car park for the lift. The bar of the hotel is the go to place for the staff who work on the mountain to grab a last minute cappuccino before their shift or to kick back after. You can expect a mob of engineers, drivers, attendants and instructors every day. This is NOT a criticism, but if you envisaged a quiet romantic place, this isnt it. The noise level wont bother you if you get up to ski, but forget sleeping late. The thunder of ski boots starts about 8.10 am. The central air vacuum system also makes sleeping late problematic. This is about a mile and a half from the village of Madonna Di Campaglio. There are buses if you dont have a car but they are a little idiosyncratic on their timing. Currently Italy requires the highest level of masks be worn everywhere - most people actually ski in them. Limits on some lifts in terms of numbers of people sharing a cabin. We had to check in at the ticket office everyday to have our vaccine status updated on our lift pass even if you buy a multi day pass. Every restaurant required vaccine status.

Even though my group arrived two hours earlier than expected the extremely professional and friendly staff made sure we were promptly accommodated and well taken care of. Zdravka, the hostess in the breakfast, room was very helpful, thanks a lot! My room was spacious, modern, comfortable and one of the cleanest I`ve ever stayed in, and my bed was very comfortable too. The hotel is located in a quiet village so it offers good sleep quality. Great choice for families and pet owners. Wi-fi a little slow, but not too bad.
