Reviewed By Arpita SWe booked 1 room for 2 nights in this hotel way ahead of our travel on Apr with the higher price as there are few hotels in Munsiyari. They deducted the full amount in few days and sent a mail about the confirmation. After few days prior to our travel their staff contacted me that they dont have any room available so if they can put us up in another hotel which is nearby. My question is if the rooms were not available how can you show that on the websites and why you deducted the amount and sent the confirmation. I came to know about this before 2 weeks of our travel. I found it very very unprofessional. As there are not many hotels available and we agreed to it because I was travelling with my kids. The hotel which we were put in was Bijlu Inn, the rooms were not at all standard. But the problem is with the communication between these hotels. Even after paying the total amount including food+Accomadation plan, during our checkout and day before that they were telling us that only accommodation is agreed upon, we have to talk to Vijay Mount View. While leaving again they started confirming. We found it very very bad experience. Definitely I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even booking the rooms way ahead of our travel(May), deducting the total amount, the behavior is not acceptable. In our total 10 days stay in Uttarakhand this is the only experience which is bad.

Kanth Fort Home Stay is a Beautiful Hotel which is Situated in the lap of nature. Why we says simply heaven to Uttarakhand it explains. We provide lodging and boarding both. We offer to our guest all Organic Food, Fresh air obviously, hustle and bustle free environment, we can't Express the things in few words one can feel the nature after staying here it may be luck for some one .

They are live example of how to serve your customer like a family member. I came here with my father and the owner bonded so well with him, taking care of him like his own father. Rooms, view, food, people everything about this place is makes you feel at peace.

Reviewed By gouravn326I have been there for the first time, Location is great as it is in the centre of city, enjoyed food and stay a lot. Staff has been so helpful and room were neat and clean. From Manager to waiter everyone is kind and polite in attitude.

Reviewed By CA Shuvam BThe hotel is situated just beside the KMVN property which has a superb viewing watch tower which is open to all. The rooms are pretty big though the washroom could have been better. The foods were tasty and reasonable.

The Name "Bilju" is derived from the Upper Johar valley, the land of world-famous Milam glacier, Ralam glacier and Nanda devi glacier from where River Gori emerges, is one of the beautiful ancient 14 villages in the valley, though they are in partially ruined state nowadays but still able to tell you about its glorious past.
Very Sub standard Hotel, Pathetic
Reviewed By Arpita SI was travelling with my kids and my husband in this May. The room which they accommodated was room no 309. The taps were all broken, the bathroom hangers just came off. As it was raining, it started dripping water from the roof , after complaining they simply put a bucket under it. The room was stinking, we asked for the room freshener. The cleaning ladies also didn't do much when we asked them to clean the room. We checked another room their geyser was not wporking. SO basically all rooms have problems it seems.The food was awful, the service was very very slow. The only positive thing about this hotel is the view. The view from the rooms of the mountain is splendid. Other than that everything was below average and I will never recommend this hotel. Even after paying the whole amount(1 night= 5000+ ) before our travel which included accomodation and breakfast+Dinner, they were simply having so much confusion in the communication with their managers and was telling that only accommodation has being booked, not food,Then while we were leaving then also they were confirming, whether we paid everything or not.They contacted the manager once he confirmed then they said we can leave now, and was literally standing in front on the car. I found it very unprofessional and insulting. I would recommend please never book this hotel.This is the only hotel which is a bad spot for our Uttarakhand trip. Else all the people in Uttarakhand are very nice.

Reviewed By AshishVashistHotel had everything but lacking everything as well. Washrooms not good, delivery late, rooms were also average . Only good thing was it’s location & open area they are having. Lots of space for kids to play & view of sunrise from balcony.
