Reviewed By CathysClownThe rooms were above a winebar very close to the centre of the Old Town of Olsztyn. The rooms my cousin and I had were very nice, clean, comfortable, hers was a little on the small side. All was well until we decided to get some sleep about midnight when the loudest disco I have ever heard started up in the Revolver Rock Cafe adjoining the winebar (but no connection to it). The music (if you could call it such) was thumping through the walls until 3 or 4am and sleep was impossible. We therefore had 3 nights of sleep deprivation, it closed on the Sunday and Monday nights and thankfully we were able to catch up on our sleep. I don't know if this is a regular occurence or whether it was because there was a student festival on in Olsztyn last weekend, although most of them seemed to be out at the Uni campus. Therefore be warned! We would like to return there again for the Christmas market in December but daren't risk booking the very comfortable Provincja rooms again due to the noise that might come from next door..

In the middle of old city
Reviewed By Piotr WThe place is right in the middle of old town. Rooms are in old style. In weekend is very noisy. Ist hard to sleep. It go t TV with a DVBT. Bathroom needs to be renewd. Water is not always hot - you need to wait?!

Very quiet Family orientated hotel
Reviewed By joo31We visited Olsztyn for a week. We wanted something bit further than center as we had car rented. To the centre takes about 20min to drive or less if not in rush hours. The hotel seems bit old but its hunting theme add into it. The family who run the bussiness is very very super friendly and polite! The hotel rooms are very clean not modern but large and comfy beds! They offer breakfasts which are enough to me. Eggs, selection of ham and cheeses, pancakes etc. They have free parking secured. Area for kids to play and trampolin. The hotel people never disturb us or been noisy. Chatty only if u ask. Othervise they respect your privacy. There is bbq and fireplace to use. Clean towels and soap. Iron and board. The room had nice flat small tv but it was ok as we hardly used. Near by is walking distance mini zoo. Worth seing if with kids. The hotel mainly have reps coming in and out and is very quiet. Also not very expensive. We would go again.

Stay but don't eat
Reviewed By keithhd888This hotel is run on a non profit basis and it shows, not in the rooms but in the food, had two nights here on a motorcycle tour of Poland. It is in the heart of the old town where all roads are cobbled with many irregular shaped and sized stones, nightmare in the wet. The hotel is next to the Kamek museum and open air stage and music venue, to get to it means riding down (then up) a fairly steep hill on cobbles, best if you don't stop at the top (or go up on the path). Rooms are good, comfy and large no complaints with this, reception is very helpful despite the language issue. Breakfast is very basic the coffee being tasteless, two evening meals were less than appetising, edible but that's just about it. Good job there wasn't much of it, best to eat out as there are loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking.

Dwie noce ze śniadaniami
Reviewed By 255oliwiatBrudne pokoje, pod łóżkami i na firankach kurz, standard kiepski, jedynie łazienki sa w porzadku z tym ze trzeba nastawic sie na brak cieplej wody jezeli duzo osob korzysta z prysznica, ogólnie budynki z zewnatrz wygladaja w porzadku aczkolwiek w srodku przydalby się remont. Śniadania w sali weselnej, szwedzki stół lecz bardzo ubogi. Przydało by się posprzatać ośrodek. Brak organizacji wpływa mocno na niekorzyść funkcjonowania obiektu. Dołaczam zdjęcie na którym znajduje się miska z brudna woda, która sobie stoi przed wejściem do budynku w którym goście maja swoje pokoje. Ogólnie jest źle. Jedyny plus to jezioro tuz obok.
