Szimpatikus vendeglatoink voltak, a szallas adminisztratora nagyon kedves volt, mar erkezes elott rendelkezesunkre allt es sok informacioval szolgalt. Delutan 17 ora kornyeken erkeztunk, Konstancanal hevtuk es igy nem kellett egyaltalan varjunk a bejelentkezessel es szobafoglalassal. Nagyon jo az elhelyezese, sem a fouttol , sem a tengerparttol nincs tavol. konnyen megkaptuk erkezeskor es a partig gyerkoccel, babkocsival es jatekokkal 4-5 perc volt a seta. A legfontosabb hogy nyugodt hely , nem zavart senki es semmi annak ellenere hogy Mamaia Nord meg epuloben van. Tiszta es szep szobak erkellyel, van ahol elkesziteni az ennivalot (mivel nincsa szallason vendeglo), grillezo lehetoseg, tagas udvar, gyermekeknek jatszoter, kosarlabdapalank, minifoci kapu stb. koszonunk mindent

Reviewed By Diana PWe came for a 2 days holiday. When we arrived we had the bad surprise to know that it was a misunderstanting with our reservation and we had to find another place to stay. In this way we found this location - new construction, very clean and with very nice stuff.

Reviewed By 120RoxanaNice looking building and courtyard. Very clean, very large spaces (room, bathroom, balcony). The lady from the reception kind and helpful. There is a dinning room at the ground floor and equipment to help yourself. Easy to reach from Mamaia. The beach is nearby (400 m).

Last minute finding
Reviewed By anca_madaWe decided last minute to visit Mamaia for the weekend and found this Villa on booking. The room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The room has AC and a fridge, clean bedding. It’s a 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. Quite expensive for what it offers and how it looks like however by means of comparison with other places in Mamaia, it a good quality/price report.

Good villa close to the beach
Reviewed By Brunhilda7PROs: The rooms are clean and big, the staff is hospitable and the beach is a 5-minute walk away from the villa. If you have children, there is a playground in front of the villa. There is a restaurant close by, as well as 2 self-service restaurants 2 blocks away. They allowed us to check out late on a Sunday (before 2 pm). The nearby beach is wide, clean and quiet. The sea is shallow, so it's perfect for families with children. Out room had a huge balcony. They have a parking lot right next to the villa. CONs: The sewage doesn't work properly. They didn't provide any toiletries. The reception staff is not present at all times. I believe that the owners are also in charge of the reception. The road going to the beach is quite bad. There were quite a lot of stray dogs roaming around, but they were peaceful.

Dishonest owner - to avoid!
Reviewed By secretelf23I booked a double room with A/C and balcony using booking.com, and then, much to my surprise, the reservation was cancelled by the owner, after they sent an email. The owner tried to offer another (inferior room) and also directed me to his own website saying, and I quote, that "the fees charged by booking.com are quite large".
