You can get at 50% of online rate if you just walk-in and book. There are plenty of rooms and it is never fully booked. You will find seepage on the walls. Bathrooms are not clean as well. You will be welcomed by a rigid and rude staff. Hotel Manager Rakesh Khandoori is not cooperative at all. The only USP of this property is its location. It is near to mall road on a just 5-7 min walking distance. Also you get ample of parking space. If you have experience in staying 3 or 4 star hotel then this hotel will disappoint you. If you are comfortable with 1 or 2 star hotels then this hotel will meet your expectations. If you are planning a stay with family then I would suggest you look for other better options. I am personally disappointed with my stay.

There are 8 luxury rooms (double room, 1 bedroom suite & family room) & 7 tents. Activities available are - Trekking, Bird Watching, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Cycling, Camping with Bonfire & Live Music, etc.

Location is best, serene environment away from hustle bustle of city. Beautiful flowers and trees all around. One gets beautiful view of city from terrace.Staff is very polite and well behaved and helpful especially Mr Ravindra. Asked to pay extra for terrace rooms that too all in advance citing busy days. Rooms are average and overpriced, though terrace is really beautiful, it was we paid for the terrace not for the rooms. Rooms were smelling of dampness. No fans in the rooms, air circulation is not proper. Has to ask for hand towels and toilet soap. BATHROOMS really needs upgradation, very small and outdated. Vegetarian food is good but non-veg food is average. In reviews they had swings for children and other activities, but found nothing like that. There is delay in room services as staff is less. First time the reviews and the place didn't match, it was disappointing. One can book other hotels in these prices.

The Space We are away from the busy mountain town on mussorie but not so far that you feel isolated. The mall road can be reached in ten mins by car and about 35 on foot. For those interested in history, we are part of the famous park estate where sir george everest first established his house and began marathon work on the survey of india. He went on to measure circumferance of the earth and height of everest peak. We are so proud to be part of this estate and sir george everest house is accessible by foor / road. Guest Access Guest shall have access to the common cafeteria on the ground foor, common verandah and common deck (meant only for house guests and not for cafeteria guests) Library on the cafeteria ofders great reads for thise interested in exploring india and guests shall be permitted to use these books while in the premises. Cafeteria also has toys and board games for kids and adults which shall be freely used while guests are in the premises at the lodge. Interaction with Guests We generally shuttle between mumbai and this mountain home so we may or may not be available at all the time. Though our caretakers would take care of entire housekeeping and cooking at additional costs. The Neighborhood Stay at the lodge would be incomplete without walk to the whishingwell and a visit ti the historic george everest house on hill top. For those who love the night life - stepping out of the lodge at night - one could be rewarded with calls of mountain scoops owl and collared owl (rare visitor) Getting Around We are 4 kms from mussorie mall on the library side. This side is popularly known as library chawk side. Drive upto mussoorie modern school and just ask for hathipaon. We are on the junction of hathipaon and there r frequent boards guiding you to 'seegreen'. For those coming by public transport, pl get down at library chawk and then there are taxis at the union stand getting you to hatbipaon for 300 rs per taxi (carrying capacity 5 pax) There is no public transport beyong library chawk. For those coming from dehradun airport, can hire a taxo for approx 1400 inr to the lodge or take a bus to library chawk and then use local taxi. For those coming from dehradun railway station, there are regular 'shared taxis' to library chawk and they typically charge 140 inr per person.

Seegreen Lodges was just what we needed. The place is surrounded by trees and mountains on all sides and one can see and hear birds and other animals going about their day, oblivious to our presence. The room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. The best part was talking to Sanjeev over delicious cuisine in the cafe downstairs. The variety of cuisine is vast and ranges from chocolate chip cookies to Mussoorie delicacies. There are amazing places to check out nearby. We liked that the place is close enough to the town but is not in the crowded part of Mussoorie so one can hear birds chirping over cars honking :) We did have a little confusion with the location on Google maps so I would highly recommend calling ahead and ensuring the route you plan on taking is accurate. Sanjeev is very helpful and will provide quick and clear instructions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Seegreen has been added to our list of favourite places to visit and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you, Sanjeev and team for the amazing stay.

Geyser water was lukewarm for bathing shower while it was running hot in wash basin tap. Location wise hotel is at top notch. Its on mall road so you can visit market any time. Upper floor given good view of hills.

Everything in the villa was perfect. It’s at a peaceful place, near to Mall Road but away from its chaos. Evenings can really be enjoyed with delicious snacks & music. It’s a perfect place fr family outsting as one gets personalised space

Yes, the pizza is excellent :) Amit (the owner) was a wonderful host - he took care of us the entire time. The room was very good as well and had nice views. Added bonus was the pool table I will definitely come back with the family!

Staff didn't even ask us for any payments or security when we checked in, as the staff saw that my mom was struggling for a walk to the room. They gave priority to servicing and hospitality. Was very much impressed at that one gesture, plus they refused to take any extra money for concierge service, we had to actually please them to take the money. Not at all money minded people, their true aim is hospitality and genuinely happy clients. Loved the ambiance, we opted for breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we made a right choice with it.
