It's great place for quite and cheap accommodation near Venice what you can easy reach by car, public transport or by our private transfer. For our guest it's possible to organise private transportation from/to Train Station of Mestre, Venice cruise port or Venice airport. You can book spacious family room for 4 or 5 pers. with private bathroom and private balcony with or without breakfast. Private close car park, wi-fi, safe box, clean lines and towels and other are free. Childrens are welcome. On our garden there is small playground for they. Good quality family restourant are situated on walk distance. Shopping centers area with macDonalds and food area, shopps galery and outlet boutiques is at only 1.5 km. We will make our best for let you feel like at home!

But at DREAM I find comfort, silence and good dream. And after relaxing night I was ready for visit Venice what I reached by public transportation in 15 min. Really happy.

We offer an excellent service and a magnificent garden where you can relax and enjoy a drink from our bar. Complete the structure a large free parking, the presence of an elegant and romantic dining room, with large windows overlooking the garden and a charming patio where breakfast is served during the Summer Season surrounded by plants and flowers. Hotel Antica Fenice is easily reachable by public transport from both the Venice and Treviso airports and the Venice-Mestre train station. The bus stop is in fact 50 meters away.

Reviewed By wotsmynameStayed here for two nights recently in a 'Superior room', This accommodation has a strange layout for a hotel, with four rooms upstairs to the front, four to the rear, and four in a Chalet-style separate building on the grounds. Our room was clean but drab, with worn and poor quality bedding & towels. The bathroom, while newly tiled, had old ware and a tiny corroded shower. No sound-proofing between rooms- I was woken on both nights around midnight to the sound of the TV blaring in the next room. The restaurant didn't open at all for the duration of our stay- we weren't told the reason why. We were shown where to let ourselves into the building with a key if it was locked up on our return at night- in fact this was the case, with the bar closed also when we got back on our second evening at 9.30 pm!!! There was a sign pinned to the locked inner door (which lead to the reception/bar area) with a phone-number to call if you needed assistance during the night- not very reassuring for a tourist......... The only servicing carried out in our room next morning was to make the bed- the bins weren't even emptied! Breakfast was poor quality and everything was laid out in the heat of the morning completely uncovered. The only good thing about this 'hotel' was the wonderful Guillana (maybe not spelled correctly), who was the sweetest, most helpful, friendly and hard-working staff member you could wish to meet, and also the fact that it was very quiet here generally and nice to sit and enjoy the garden area in the evening- huge potential to make this a great place to stay, but sadly not being availed of. I wouldn't stay here again.

Reviewed By NikPickerLocated not far from Mestre central in a little courtyard with terraces, restaurants and nice shops Not far from the center the location is really great - cozy yet central. The rooms are puristic and clean and serve well for a couple of nights stay. For longer stay I would choose different. The host is very friendly and helpful. I would come anytime again

Reviewed By 834janakWe were in an apartment at Via del Rigo ("Apartamento cavalli", booked through Booking), not in the main address. Check in, but takes place at the Locanda Cavalli. !!!! Large apartment with a small garden is ideal for a family with a two-year-old child. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with dining area. From each room you can go to the garden. The daughter loved it. We could park the car in the adjacent parking lot completely free of charge. The apartment is ideally located. The T1 tram stops just around the corner (in 27 minutes in Venice). Nearby there is a supermarket Cadoro, several cafes, newsagents, pharmacy, etc .. The owner Alberto was a nice guy, always available through Whatsapp. As this is a private apartment it does not have a classic hotel service (cleaning, towel change, garbage removal) ... but it is fully equipped

Gestore super accogliente (al nostro arrivo ci ha aspettato in strada!), cordiale, disponibile ad ogni richiesta e/o consiglio e premuroso. Sistemazione moderna, pulita, accogliente e confortevole: oltre alla camera con tv, un bagno spazioso, ed, in comunione, una sala ristoro con caffè offerto dal gestore, un balcone con tavoli ben sistemati. Si trova a circa 800 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 30 metri dalla fermata del bus che porta a Venezia (in nemmeno 15 minuti si arriva a Piazza Roma). Ideale quindi per visitare Venezia. Eccellente.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay
Reviewed By Karen KWe stayed here for one night on July 5, 2019 for a quick stop in Venice. The B&B is a short 10 min. drive or bus ride from the airport. There was free parking for our rental car. We took the bus right across the street to Piazzale Roma in Venice for about 3 euro roundtrip. We bought the tickets at the B&B front desk. The bus was air conditioned and on time and runs until about 11 pm so no problem getting back after dinner, unless you get lost in Venice and miss the last bus like we did. Even then it was a short cab ride back to the B&B. Our room was clean and comfortable with reasonable air conditioning in spite of the record breaking heat. The best part was the friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with cappuccino, made to order eggs and pastries.

Room clean, with tv but control remote not working... clean shared bathroom. Good breakfast (milk coffee tea croissant bread juice cereals). They provide towels and hairdryer too. City tax not included in the price - 2,10€ per night and per person.

Reviewed By Noncsii MRoom was ok, the bathroom was clean and we got big towels. This place is 10 meter from bus station (line 2) and you can be with this bus through 15 minutes in Venice. The breakfast is simply and a little bit poor.

Very pleasant stay
Reviewed By trupafThe location was great. Very good connection to Venice. It was very quite and comfy. Nice ambient inside. The receptionist was super helpful and nice and gave us tips about Venice and how to get there. The breakfast was more than ok even if it consisted only in croissants, yoghurt and coffee. It is a B&B not a 5 star hotel so I didn't expect a huge breakfast. It served our purpose perfectly. We wanted to stay one night and rest after we visit Venice so that's exactly what we needed.

Sudden cancellation by hotel
Reviewed By JJRLFINThe hotel cancelled my reservation 2 days before trip without any reason given. The reservation was made months before so it can not be double booking by our reservation. This is not acceptable even considering the coronavirus situation.
