Coffee stain/ drip on the floor when i enter the room
Reviewed By galvinchan98The Receptionist is friendly and helpful when checking in to the Hotel, however, when I enter the room, I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I saw coffee stain the moment I open the door. I suspect the housekeeper who cleans the room on that day drank coffee in the room while cleaning the room and accidentally spilled the coffee on the floor without notice. I immediately walk to the reception and bring up this issue to the receptionist. They quickly take a mop and mop it and apologize. I was kind of disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Immediately It makes me feel like are the bed and pillow clean? did the housekeeper actually sleep on it? I'm also a hotelier and work in this industry for more than 7 years, I know this is not a 5-star hotel I shouldn't expect much but basic standard of cleanliness are required in every hotel no matter what star of the hotel you are running. This is all about Hygiene. i think the hotel needs to provide training to their Housekeeping department and take this issue seriously to avoid this incident to happen again. I was expecting to get at least an upgrade or a complimentary for that night but they just apologize and walk away. To be frank with the full price for this service, I will not appreciate that.

Reviewed By Tom SWe booked this hotel since our flight back to Ho Chi Minh City took off early in the morning. Rooms are large & clean, staff are very useful & friendly. The Hotel is also next to the IOI Mall Kulaijaya & 5 minutes drive to Premium Outlet where you can by many souvenirs & affordable shoes, clothes from many famous brands in the world (Adidas, Nike, Boss...) for you friends.

Great stay with affordable price
Reviewed By hnnarzaliWe decided to stay another night in Senai but havent booked any accommodation and came across this hotel on agoda. Once arrived, check in was smooth and they did not require any deposit. We took the room that had no window as it was a short stay, but were pleased to find that it was very clean and comfortable. Aircond and water heater were working great. TV had no channels though. This hotel was about 15mins away from JPO. Overall happy with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Close proximity to the airport
Reviewed By TiFBWe stayed in this hotel for 1 night only as we have a flight to catch the next day. Pros: - location to the airport. It was a walking distance to the airport. - the family room that we have is clean. The kids love the 'capsule rooms'. They practically have their own room in the capsules, with a tv, a safe, a removable table for them to have their meals. See photos. - check in was easy. - there were lots of shops nearby & a McDonalds nearby. Cons: - room was very tiny. I felt claustrophobic. - when the kids slept in the capsule compartment & they hit the sides, they made a loud banging sound & that kept waking me up. - the blue lights from the so-called controls outside the compartment kept me awake at night cos it was so bright. Not able to switch them off. - there was no signal to the tv. - supposedly to have wifi but could not connect at all but since we have our travel wifi, not an issue for us. - breakfast was nothing much except egg station, fried noodles, cereal, bread with kaya or butter & the usual coffee & tea. - toiletries are not much, so best bring your own toiletries. - the staircase was cluttered. In the event of an emergency, i seriously don't know how the guests are going to evacuate. Overall, my kids love the 'capsule rooms'.

One night stay ok
Reviewed By Meifen AI always stay at this hotel when I go Malaysia to visit relatives. It’s ok for a night stay for a place to wash up and sleep. But nothing more than that. Very minimum facilities. The cafe downstairs is fine and wifi is OK. But the aircon in the room 231 I stayed in was quite noisy and faulty (not cold though I set the temp to 20degC. More of just fan blowing). Maybe the mgmt can periodically check the rooms aircon for improvement.

average hotel just beside tesco
Reviewed By Mayu_Hazukashistayed here for a night on business trip. this hotel located in kulai, a bit away from town but just beside tesco kulai. the hotel lobby seems quite gloomy. the room is clean and not really spacious though, air conditioned, equipped with small flat tv and telephone. hot water is provided. free wifi also is provided in the room. this hotel provide breakfast with few choices. since the price is cheap and affordable, it is acceptable. you get what you pay. since tesco is just a few yard away, getting food and basic needs here was not a problem. there is a karaoke on the top floor of the hotel, with discount if you're staying at the hotel. overall it just an average hotel beside tesco. will come back here just for business trip

Noisy room
Reviewed By poshbeanWe checked in midnight and this was our experience. Reception has friendly staff. Price is reasonable for a 3 bedded room. Hotel is located on the main street. As my room was facing the street, the noise is very disturbing even with closed windows. Room has cigarettes smell. Pillows were not comfortable. The shower cream seems diluted with water and has weird smell.
