Un- professional behavior by the management
Reviewed By Viswa9944Had booked 2 rooms at the property for 4 people. On arrival they said they had only one room and had forgotten to inform. It was a peak season and we had no other option to change to. Had to face such hardships due the Un professional management.

Clean rooms...everything else is bad

The cost was Rs1400 per room, now i see that i could have gone for better hotels at the same cost. The bathrooms (of all 3 rooms) were badly in need of plumbing work. Towels were not given in the room. We had ask for bedsheets. There were no Quilt in the room, when asked, the staff said they have only 6 quilts and it all being used. Have given 2 points for the cleanliness

Reviewed By vaidyanathanb2015Vasavi cottage is located about 1.5 Km from the city center/Tourist Bus Stand/Palani Railway Station, and very very close to Arulmigu Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple, Palani (Shri Murugan Temple), Palani. The service provided by the staff - Nagaraj and Palanisamy - was very good. The lodging place l does not have a in-house restaurant, but that is not a big issue to overcome , as the staff are very helpful in getting whatever is needed to the room - be it tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. You name and they get this for you. The cleanliness is ok given the number of staff. Rooms are neat and tidy and they do not provided towels, shampoo or soaps. Thel rooms are airconditioned (non a/c rooms too available) and are very minimal in furnishing. A very good place to be in especially when you want a 24 hour checkin/checkout facility and at a very very reasonable pricing. Prior to booking Vasavi Cottage contacted Hotel Amirtham Inn - Kartik - and this time was adamant on charging for 2 nights as my timing was not in line with their checkin timing. I had stayed in Hotel Amirtham Inn in 2017. As my stay was for just about 12 hours did not want to spend for two nights charges. All in all Vasavi Cottage is a budget accommodation and comfortable for short stay.

Reviewed By mukeshrskKindly don't book rooms for in this hotel.Number one very very worst hotel.The rooms are dirty and atmosphere inside room is very worst.The public restrooms are ok wen compared with the hotel rest room.No water to flush ,very dirty and bad smell.If you are going with family or new married couple means kindly don't book rooms here. The receptionist service in responding quries is very very worst and they never give respect. I never seen such worst Lodge in my life.its AC Hotel.its a Lodge..
