The rooms are clean, comfortable, well appointed and with A/C. The breakfast was complete and included in the price. The staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We will definitely return.

Reviewed By Renee HVilla Bellini was perfect for my needs! The room I stayed in had been renovated and was furnished beautifully. The room was very comfortable and the AC worked great. A typical Italian breakfast of delicious coffee and pastries was served outside under a gazebo surrounded by lush, green gardens, and was prepared by the owner, Alberto who was such a helpful and gracious host.

Reviewed By S DThe rooms are dirty and really out dated the rooms are absolutely not what they show on the web site. They speak very poor English. Forget to give u details about wifi. And breakfast. No elevator. Balcony room for one person. Go somewhere else.

The owner was pleasant & willing to accommodate any request. She didn't speak English very well but we used Google to interpret, sorted! The location was amazing. The birds you could see from the viewing tower was amazing. We saw the flamingos which made our trip. The area was very quiet during our stay, the children had gone back to school.

A piece of paradise
Reviewed By db2310I found the place online, and I immedialtely fell in love with it. My first instinct was right. I loved it, it is in a peaceful place close to everything sea side (lido di spina, lido degli estensi) Comacchio small charming town, but most of all you are in the middle of this beautiful natural park where you can admire a lot of flamingos and other beautiful birds. The residenza is clean and the owners are wonderful. I can't wait to go back

Reviewed By Jeannine JIt's a nice and calm b&b, close to the beach and all the restaurants. There is a beautyful breakfast with fresh coffee, croissants and croque monsieur :) the room is clean and simple. The best: you can use bicycles for free. Anny and her family are helpful and great hosts.

Reviewed By davetipWe had a sea view room with a terrace, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Parking was on the hotel site so very convenient. The staff were all very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay.
