Reviewed By Judith MWe had a very nice one night stay at II Giardino Dei Flintstones B&B. It was a little out of the way but the room was very nice and clean. The grounds were very nice as well. The only thing that was disappointing was there was not even a plastic glass in the room to drink from. Very minimal but adequate.

Reviewed By Artemis02We stayed 1 night in a family room in Villa Klinai in early January. The property is quiet, safe, and clean. The family unit consisted of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and dresser and night tables, a fold-out sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, and the kitchen and living room are combined. It was a great amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is parking, heating, and breakfast was provided but we had to depart too early. The commute to the airport was simple. 30 minutes! We have always stayed in Ostia Lido the night before early flights and this commute was so much easier. WiFi is excellent on the porch and main building. The family unit is nestled half underground (still has windows and is not dark!). The WiFi signal didn't really reach our unit well, but cell signal was fine on our mobile phones. The shower in the bathroom is small but we had adequate hot water and appreciated the hair dryer and shampoo/soap provided. Easy 5 minute drive into charming Cerveteri for dinner. Also very close to the Etruscan necropolis. We are returning for a night in June :)

B&B by a farm with swimming pool, situated on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and surrounded by greenery and hills. Beautiful view, sunny and relaxing, ideal base for Etruscan excursions, for sunbathing, for daily trip to the Capital city. Vegetable and fruits produced by the farm. Sea: 10mins, Cerveteri: 10mins, lake Bracciano: 20 minuti. Car necessary. Min.stay 2 nights.

The proximity of the property to Rome airport is convenient for a stop over. The property and grounds are beautifully maintained by the family, with any requests being looked after by the ever helpful and friendly Frederico. We would highly recommend a meal prepared by Sophie on the property, as it was one of the best meals we had! The pool is an added bonus especially on the hot summer days! We would more than highly recommend Casale Sasso as a place to enjoy a lay over or even a weeks stay! We hope to return with the rest of the family in the very near future!! See you soon Frederico!

The B&B takes the name from the location where it was born, that represent for the people of Cerveteri a place full of beauty, relax and peace. The beautiful waterfalls with a lovely lake between the rocks are easily reachable just walking for 20 minutes from the B&B. There you can still feel the pride spirit of the Etruschi. The location, its beauty and the silence of this place will keep the visitors really fashioned. Three kilometers away you can visit the tirrenic coast with its white beach. Rome, the eternal city, is just 40 kilometers away. Civitavecchia is 25 km far.

The property a Biologic farm is located in the heart of Cerveteri Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia (Unesco site), only 30 minutes from Rome, St. Peter reach comfortably with the train from Cerveteri, we are at 25min minute drive from Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino , we are 15 minutes from the port of Civitavecchia just 5 km from the Tyrrenian sea and 15 minutes from Lake Bracciano from 'Equiconfor" from Fiera di Roma. We have 9 rooms, the property has a restaurant with home cooking, which uses our theproducts and km0. From 2015 is also "Distillery Mezenties" we produce Grappa!!

Unique B&B in hilltop fort
Reviewed By Travelling_AxeJust getting here is like a trip into a fairytale book, a hidden hilltop fortified town, that suddenly appears before you, when driving through the countryside. To access this B&B, you enter the town walls through a long, narrow, one-lane road that winds up the hill through a series of medieval gates and walls. Pay attention to the traffic lights, this is alternating traffic only. When you get to the top, the town consists of a couple of streets and a central square. Population here is 80. This B&B is housed in a historic building, parts of it dating back to the Etruscan period. Parking is free right outside the house, or anywhere throughout the square. We were greeted by the owner, who is friendly and loves to share the history of the place with you. He was very helpful, helping us with obtaining dinner, despite our late arrival. There is a restaurant and a bar/cafe in the town. Breakfast is served in the cafe, just across the square from the house. We had dinner at the restaurant, and were impressed by the quality of the food, in such a tiny little place. Our room overlooked the garden, which was spacious, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was hidden within a set of built-in cabinets, very cute! Other suites are either in the main house as well, or in a separate building by the garden. Our room didn't have aircon (which may not be a problem as it was fairly cool at night), but it did have a good ceiling fan. There were great views of the countryside, and wandering the small town in the evening was a treat. Make sure to check out the church, with the medieval frescos. Everyone is friendly here to tourists. Really a charming experience!! We chose this place because we had an early morning flight from FCO, and had no problem driving our rental car from here to the airport, taking about 1/2 hour. If we ever needed a short stay outside of Rome, near the airport, this would be our first choice.

Cibo eccezionale da vero agriturismo (e ce ne sono rimasti pochi) ci sono molte specialità preparate da loro, il menù è vario e abbondante nelle porzioni. Personale accogliente in linea con tutto il resto!!! PREZZO GIUSTO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE!!!
