Reviewed By Jose SLocation of the hotel: perfect amazing sight towards Pena Bernal and colonial town (photo is some of what you will be seeing if room heads street). Cons: given that the hotel heads to the street if you are a light sleeper this is not a place for you as the booming of the reggaeton cars outsife will be a problem for you. Also parking is far away, at least one block from hotel. Price: good bang for your bucks, no breakfast included though, there are some hotels with similar price that do include it The room: we stayed at a double bed room facing the street. Place was clean, cozy, decoration was nice, bath was ample and spotless. Bonus: restaurant is best in town, be sure not to miss it.

Reviewed By dannagf6492El hotel es cómodo, relativamente muy cerca del centro y de La Peña de Bernal. Los cuartos son ampleos, comodos y limpios. Lo único malo, es que se filtra mucho el ruido, lo cuál no te permite un descanso optimo. El servicio es muy bueno, y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas. Si lo único que deseas es dormir. Vale la pena.

Reviewed By xavog2019Buen hotel, limpio y la cama buena. Cómodo y con buen ubicación ya que no esta lejos del centro del pueblo Unos 7 min caminando. El lugar es económico pero me permito descansar y asearme cómodamente. Tiene una pensión con costo para estacionar el auto a unos tres min caminando, Yo tuve la fortuna de encontrar lugar casi frente al hotel. No en todas las habitaciones la señal del Wifi es buena,

Extremely disappointing
Reviewed By D BMy fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were assigned room 8, a so-called "Spa" room. The wi-fi did not work for any of our devices, the lighting in the room,l including the bathroom, was dismal, the television did not face the bed, and to make matters worse, the shower head was broken, shooting water all over the bathroom when we used it on our first night there. Day 2 was not a lot better. The water went off while I was soaped up mid-shower. There was absolutely no water, nothing! My fiance went down to notify the owner and she was told that his pressure mechanism was not working and he would have to turn it on manually. He did and I was able to complete my shower. I would not recommend this establishment

Reviewed By Sheccid_ztEs la segunda vez que visito este hotel y me parece excelente opción. El hotel sigue todos los protocolos de higiene debido a la pandemia. Cuenta con su tapete sanitizador y su antibacterial en la entrada. Esta perfectamente ubicado a 1 1/2 cuadra de la plaza principal y 1 cuadra de donde se estaciona las motos que te llevan hacia la peña. Tiene agua muy caliente lo cual es algo necesario en tiempo de invierno, shampoo, jabon, toallas, los cuartos son de buen tamaño y la gente a cargo del. Hotel son muy amables. Tiene una terracita con vista a la peña muy bonita adicional a que cuenta con estacionamiento propio del hotel.
