Very nice Boutique Hotel in Central Belgrade
Reviewed By Hussain SThe Hotel is in a renovated old building very close to Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, which is the main pedestrian street in Belgrade. The rooms decor are very nice and both rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The pillows, bed sheets and towels are crisp clean. The staff are very friendly and extra helpful. Especially thanks go out to Sani and Irena for all their help and assistance during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Belgrade.

Reviewed By 369lisemWhat a fantastic location! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room (in the building next door) was spacious and comfortable, plus it had a great spa tub. The decor is a bit worn, but because it was so clean that didn't matter to us. The value for what we paid was excellent. The wifi didn't connect so well - not a problem though since we spent most of the time exploring all that Belgrade has to offer. We would gladly stay here again.

For us, a family with 2 small kids the advantages were : - 24/7 reception ( a must when travelling with kids as you don't know what time you will arrive) - private parking - they have indoor private parking which is perfect if you are travelling with a packed car and don;t want to take most things out in order for nothing to tempt any thieves in the night - breakfast included - that was one of the surprises, incredibly rich and diverse breakfast with a lady who was friendly and helpful, even offered to make us sandwiches for the road - possibility to book one single room ( if you are a family with kids you know how hard is to find decent places where you can all sleep) We found a new place, very clean, liked the fact that they had put a set of towels for all of us, the room was quite quiet and liked the drapes that you pulled to have a completely dark room. Definitely this will be out go to stop when passing through Serbia and would recommend it to anybody needing to sleep in Belgrade.

Was very pleased with the location ( around 10 minute walk to the Republic square ), , the service ( very kind cooperative staff), , the cleanness,( Every day our room was clean) , the breakfast (Nothing was missing !!), and the room quality ( though the bed was like a water bed, it was a big convenient room !!) . As a whole we recommend warmly to try this 4* hotel !

Reviewed By MicheleC926I think the name is misleading. It is not smart, luxury, or suites. The room is the small size you would expect in Europe. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an old building in the tourist area. To get into the building, you use a keypad. However, after the first day, the front door stopped closing, so anyone could enter the building. There's another keypad to enter the hotel after you take an ancient elevator, which certainly doesn't make a great first impression. Only one key to the room, so we always had to make sure we had it with us since reception staff is only there from about 9 am to 9 pm. The staff was quite helpful. Convenient location for tourists after you find it.

Reviewed By meinirannAlthough the room is absolutely lovely, it is in a very noisy location, with music blaring until all hours. I come to a hotel to sleep. If I can’t get that, no matter how lovely the room is, what’s the point of staying there? I’d rather stay in a plain basic room the size of a shoebox and get a good night’s sleep than stay at the Ritz and be unable to sleep! I immediately went to reception and asked to be moved to a quieter room, only to be told they were full and to try again in the morning. So the following morning I went downstairs and asked if I could be moved to a quieter room that night, only to he told again that they were full, although why anyone would want to stay here is beyond me! (I’m on a coach trip, so I don’t exactly have any choice in the matter.) The food isn’t great either. It’s buffet style and the choice is very poor. You get a load of spicy food too. Very disappointing.

Perfect for an overnight stopover
Reviewed By JP_and_MariaThe hotel is perfectly located next to the highway. There is a secured parking. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. The buffet breakfast which was included was nice as well. The only minor downside for us was the neon light of the hotel that brightened our room 212 during the night.

The breakfast is great, and also the breakfast hours. Also the cleanliness is on a high level. Parking and air conditioning available. SRB - Hotel je cist i uredan i sobe su moderne i lepe. Osoblje je gostoprimljivo i maksimalno nam je izaslo u susret kad nam je bilo potrebno. Ukusan dorucak. Ima parking i klima.
