The friendliest hotel we’ve ever stayed in
Reviewed By anniepanklesThe approach to the hotel was a little bit hair raising! There is a VERY steep hill down to the hotel, make sure you drive slowly or you could scrape your car underneath… Once we were at the hotel it is an oasis of calm and beauty. The views are so fabulous and the sea is crystal clear. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and showed us to our 3 bed apartment (number 51) which had great views on a lovely balcony and a sea view from all 3 bedrooms. Breakfast was varied, there were fried and scrambled eggs, cheeses and meats, pastries and breads and fruit and vegetables. We had one (birthday) dinner at the hotel and this was very special for us, the staff were amazing and Vildana is an exceptional cook, we were so grateful for their help to make my daughter’s birthday feel special. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of loungers all dotted in areas that you can easily have your own space. The cleaning was brilliant, the place was spotless and we had fresh towels for the beach and room daily. The sheets were changed twice during our stay, the cleaning was discreet and very very good. The area is not as touristy as further north up the coast but it is therefore much less busy and therefore relaxing. We went to long beach at ulcinj which was about 15 mins drive and was very nice and spacious. We had dinner at kalamper hotel which is walkable, not cheap but lovely. We ate in ulcinj at Manhattan as recommended by Gent the owner and that was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place, the staff make it on brilliant!

Great place to stay
Reviewed By Raelene HOnly stayed one night so we could catch the train the next day, but really great and would have been happy to stay longer. Clean and comfortable, excellent air con and fast wifi, slept really well despite being on the street side as no traffic noise could be heard in the room. Under cover balcony was good with seating, sink, fridge, stove top, dishes and bench top and a small line to dry your washing. Plenty of wardrobe space and bench top area in room. Bathroom small but clean with good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. Walking distance to beach, St Nikola Palace and Hram Svetog Jovana Vladimir Orthodox Cathedral (an absolute must see). 5 euro taxi from bus or train station. Opted for breakfast and at 3 euro each, with plenty to eat, really excellent value. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to rest in which you will have a pleasant silence without noise and traffic, and also want to be close to the city center and all events, then our Villa is the perfect choice for you. Surrounded by nature, rich in conifer trees and meadows, it guarantees a pleasant holiday in this part of the Montenegrin coast. The views with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine will give you a sheer pleasure, as the views from our Villa extend on two fronts, the beautiful Adriatic Sea on one side and the mountain landscape of Mount Rumija on the other. Therefore, according to their affinities, our guests are able to choose a view that would make their stay in our Villa even more enjoyable. Villa Kovacevic is ideally located in Bar, just 2 minutes from Soho City, and just 600m from the city center and several city beaches. The property is at a great location, just a short walk from the Topolica Sports Hall and nearby tennis, football and athletic fields. The 2km long promenade is ideal for morning recreation and long night walks. In our yard you can enjoy the natural shade, play around while you prepare the barbecue, relax in the hammock, and also you can organize movie nights on our projector. Another amenity that this property offers is a private parking lot. We are recognized by the fact that there are no strangers in our Villa, this is the place where new friendships start, place where you exchange experiences and create new shared memories.

Reviewed By Aleksandra PA good location. The room is spacious, there is a kitchenette with a fridge, a table and chairs. The bathroom is clean and quite big. There is a comfortable bed, clean and nice. However, the towels are too small, the landlady does not speak English and they don't server breakfasts.

The beds are too low, you'd have a job to swing a cat around in the bathroom, there's no shower curtain ( though the shower was good), and both the fridge and tv don't work. The restaurant seems to be both an eating hostelry, a junk shop, and a place of worship all at the same time! And there's a full on building site practising smashing boulders after 22.00 hours right outside my room. But what saves it from a mark not much above zero are two things. How can you grumble too much at €20 per night, with breakfast, together with a Father and Daughter who really really try for you to make your stay enjoyable, despite all it's failings. These are hard working people, they deserve support and despite all it's shortcomings, if you need something local to the train station, then .... A recommendation ? Not quite, but remember that everyone hasn't been dealt a perfect hand, and when you accept things for what they are, then it was a pleasant enough couple of days.

Reviewed By Ксения ЮЭтот отель прямо повлиял на мое не очень хорошее впечатление о городе. Но тем не менее я буду объективной. По порядку: Номер. Очень маленький, как будто игрушечный и стены картонные (кстати, вообще весь отель создает такое впечатление, + очень сильная слышимость). По комнате вопросов нет: есть кровати, шкаф, стол(опять же супер маленький), один стул(хотя номер на двоих, поэтому мы сидели на полу), фен, холодильник. Постельное белье и полотенца меняются раз в три дня. Есть маленький телевизор, но мы им не пользовались. И вот мы плавно подобрались к моей главной претензии. => все бы это было прекрасно, я бы простила этому отеля абсолютно все, если бы у нас был балкон, на котором можно было бы сидеть и наслаждаться обещанными горами. Нет, вы не подуйте, за него то мы заплатили, и он даже у нас был. Я просто прикреплю фотку внизу и воздержусь от дальнейших комментариев. Ванная комната Ванная комната, хоть опять такая же маленькая, но, как и к комнате, без нареканий=> все самое необходимое есть, только не понятно, что случилось с днищем душевой. ( фото тоже прикреплены) Завтрак Давайте сначала. Завтраки проходят на террасе, с чудеснейшим видом на горы и ужасно некрасивые соседние дома. Всего один час с 9 до 10, поэтому иногда все столики могут быть заняты и придется ждать. Завтраки готовит не хозяйка, а специально приглашенная женщина, видно, что она старается: всегда вежливая, обслуживает быстро, говорит по-русски. Но если берете завтраки в этом отеле, то будьте готовы каждый день есть жаренные яйца. Причем не самые вкусные, мы предполагаем, что все из-за дешевых продуктов, которые закупаются хозяевами. То есть минус в данном случае можно поставить за отсутствия разнообразия и вообще выбора. Кроме омлета или яичницы, которые немного видоизменяются: бывают с сыром или ветчиной, а иногда сосиской ( ну думаю все знают вкус дешевых сосисок) предлагается хлеб, чай/кофе, шоколадка по-моему субъективного мнению невкусная ( за 7 рублей мы увидели ее в магазине). И все!!! Обслуживание Мы воспользовались услугой трансфер из аэропорта - нас встретил хозяин, вовремя ( приехал даже заранее). Машина комфортная: окна затонированы, есть кондиционер. Заселение произошло очень быстро, поскольку был уже поздний вечер, нас просто провели до номера и оставили все бумажные дела назавтра. На следующий день мы все оплатили, спросили интересующие нас вопросы, нам оформили регистрацию, и больше мы практически не встречались с хозяевами. В целом хозяева вежливые, не откажут в просьбе, но мне показалось, что они не горят желанием обжаться со своими постояльцами. Ну и сервис понятно на нуле, но это нормально для таких отелей Инфраструктура/ расположение/ Бар Отель расположен с одной стороны на краю Бара, глубоко во дворах, рядом есть только небольшие магазинчики с непонятно какими условиями хранения продуктов, до ближайшего крупного супермаркета Franca идти 25-30 минут, до центра города чуть дольше. С другой стороны, на улице, где расположен отель всегда тихо, до пляжа идти действительно 800 метров, 10-15 минут, но по какой дороге, просто загляденье. фото опять же прикреплю. Насыпь из земли, песка и битого стекла потрясающая, особенно ночью, когда эта дорога не освещается и абсолютно ничего не видно. Пляж, который находится непосредственно сразу после преодоления этой дороги, хороший, народу не очень много всегда, 2 лежака и зонт 8 евро, крупная галька. Сам Бар, как я уже сказала в начале, произвел на меня не очень хорошее впечатления. Он показался очень грязным, может из-за места, где мы жили. Ежедневные огромные, многочасовые пробки на выезд и въезд в город немного давили, потому что ты видишь их постоянно, идя на пляж. Центр города небольшой и скучный, хотя есть пару хороших магазинчиков со спортивной одеждой, где можно затариться. Рынок тоже дохлый, развлечений нет. В этом городе в основном отдыхают сербы, русских маловато, но он подходит для отдыха с детьми, потому что спокойно и тихо. Но я бы выбрала Будву однозначно, да там дороже, но оно заделана для туристов, там красиво и атмосферно: ты как будто со всеми вливаешься в волну отпуска и расслабляешься.

Not ideal for me but can be for You
Reviewed By Thelma MThe hotel is located of top of a supermarket! It is classify as 4 starts but to my stardand i would say is a nice, clean and new 3 stars hotel. The receptionist were both super nice, having the supermarket under it was convenient but it has a road and it us not really where the center is! It is a short easy walk, but as i was alone I think staying right in the center would be ideal! Taxi to port was 2.5 euros and 5 minutes! The room was confortable and breakfast was basic! Not 4 stars!

When you are charged 2 times, it is not fun

A person from the restaurant came to check us in, took our passports and told us to come back in 1h to pick them up!!! I was not really impressed by this, but then while we were entering the lift, someone came and actually had scanned the passports and handed them to us. All good. I did missed the email saying that we have been charged for the stay and that we only need to pay tourist tax at the check out so, the next day at the check out, again, the person who should be there wasn't and the person from the restaurant had asked us to pay for the room. Fair enough, we have paid. When I have discovered that we have been charged 2 times for the same room, I have asked for refund. We have received the confirmation that we have been charged twice and have been asked for the bank details for the refund to now wait and wait. No response from the hotel whatsoever. They have disappeared. AVOID this place!

Reviewed By volvo-70Решился поехать в Черногорию как только открыли страну для въезда граждан России. Как добирался, это отдельная история. В отеле приняли радушно хотя я и опоздал на два дня. За эти дни с меня денег не взяли. Отель маленький, номеров 7-8. Хозяева отеля семейная пара, супруг хорошо говорит по русски. На первом этаже маленький ресторан, хорошая кухня можно заранее заказать что приготовить на ужин и к какому времени, есть блюда которые готовят по 3 часа. В номере есть маленькая кухня можно самому готовить завтрак. В общем для бюджетного туриста самое оно. Я остался доволен отдыхом.

Reviewed By arnismanОстановившись в данном отеле (а точнее в апартаментах), явно выигрываешь у тех кто живёт у береговой линии. Конечно, идти до пляжа приходиться чуть дольше, но зато нет суеты, шума и толчеи, свойственной пляжу и примыкающим территориям. Хозяин (Драган) исключительно дружелюбный и гостеприимный, как и большинство черногорцев. Кроме этого туристического бизнеса он работает экономистом в крупной организации, и с ним интересно пообщаться вечером за чашкой чая. Везде в Apartments Filip есть беспроводной интернет, также для гостей кухня и столовая - веранда на улице.
