Reviewed By jonathanrR9533ZQI have an excellent stay at Tsambika Sun Hotel! This is a fantastic location in Archangelos. The hotel is excellent with spacious rooms and air conditioning and they are very clean; very regularly cleaned. There is a very nice pool bar and a pool for swimming; also many places in the sun for sunbathing and also shaded areas for cool down and relax. There is also a very good coffee and breakfast platter in the morning. Kostas and family are very welcoming to all guests. I return to Archangelos for one month on holiday because they make everyone feel like they are part of the family when you stay at Tsambika Sun Hotel!

Reviewed By bazfearonUnfortunately we only have two nights left before going back to England but have been at St Georges for 5 nights. The hotel, pool and food is first class. It is the cleanest family run hotel I have ever stayed in on the Greek islands. The family are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. The pool and gardens are spotless and if you like a quiet location this is the place for you. I would suggest getting a car to travel to the local beaches (Stegna and Haraki) both of which you can sit in a cafe/bar looking out to sea, but the Hotel will happily arrange for that to be delivered. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and stress free holiday.

The first time we stayed at 5 star Lindos Blu hotel. Bouganville has at least 5 times more comfort, luxury, taste, and privacy. Nadia & Antonio have exceeded all our expectations. EVERYTHING was excellent from perfect Italian design of both: interiors and exteriors, to the services included, saying nothing of their hospitality, care, and of course sense of humor. Guys, I still wonder why do you call your property "studios"? Our apartment had two spacy rooms, kitchen, balcony, 2 restrooms, 2 air conditioners & huge terrace where our sun beds looked lost:-) I wish all the studios in the world had the same size:-) Stegna is one of the most beautiful places in Greece, Bouganville has the best view of Stegna from a small height. We add the picture, please take a look. Telling you honestly we are thinking of renting this apartment for at least 2 months of next Summer. Without any hesitation we highly recommend this place to all those who wish to turn their vacation into a fairy tale. NADIA & ANTONIO THANK YOU FOR TURNING OURS!!

Go there if you are really flexible
Reviewed By muchado18We got there at 2 pm and no one was there to receive us. Knocked on doors for a while, gave up called twice and the someone answered. We could barely communicate with her due to language difficulties. The gsrden and pool looked great but when we got inside, we were shown to a room which looked nothing like the pictures. After a huge back and forth, it emerged that they gave our room to long standing customers. To add insult to injury, we were connected via phone to the daughter who was simply combative and defensive. We walked out of there with no plans in place because it was that bad. We had booked 4 months ahead, received no communication from them, and upon arrival were just given substitute rooms which is not what we booked. Simply unacceptable. Rooms are dated. This is a hotel with individual rooms down a long corridor no matter how they advertise it. Air conditioning costs €5 per day. The terrace we were given had standing room for 2 . If things go well,perhaps these positive reviews are warranted. Or if you are a guest who is known to them. But woe betide if anything goes wrong, you will be facing a very different scanario. No thanks.

Reviewed By ioannal455It's such an amazing place to spend your holidays! You relax immediately stepping into the garden! Peaceful and friendly environment!! Very clean room, bed so comfortable, super silent during the night, you can really relax. Location was also great, the beach was literally 2 minutes walking distance, lots of local restaurants too which served delicious fresh food. Studio was spacious and kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Would stay again without hesitation. Magical place!

Shockingly accused of stealing four towels!
Reviewed By r rThis was a last minute booking and so I was ready to accept what I booked. I had a lot of difficulty with Opodo (booking agent) cancelling my confirmed flights, so a lost day of holiday. I was going to make the best of the five days left and not complain. This hotel was not self catering as had been confirmed to me by Opodo and so for little difference in money I could have had a better choice of any hotel in Rhodes for our family of five who now would have to eat out everyday. (Each meal was coming to over 120 Euros a time). The air conditioning listed was actually chargeble at 5 Euros per room per day. There was not 24 hour front desk service, in fact it was usually deserted so there was none of the usual tourist help. There was no approachability and we felt apologetic when we had to seek out Mr Varelis and report one room with a leaking toilet or when asking for the air conditioning control. In fact the atmosphere was miserable. At least the rooms were clean. On about day three all the towels in one of our rooms were taken away and not replaced, we had each brought our own towels from home so it did not matter. I put most things down to the booking agent misrepresenting the holiday and we enjoyed making our own holiday. My teenagers' first day's excitement in the pool was a great disappointment with dead bugs and being unable to see their own hands in the murky water and being unable to find their water toys at the bottom of the pool. So each day we chose to drive out to beaches. With this hotel I do recommend hiring a car because of the distance the hotel is from the amenities in the heat and there being little else to do. (Our car hire was £350). We loved The Water Park and Kallithea Springs. When we were leaving to catch the shops before closing Mr Varelis stopped us from behind front desk concerned about getting payment from the only booking information Opodo had sent. So to avoid him worrying and waste no more of our holiday time I offered to pay and reclaim on VISA but he only accepts cash payments and as I had already paid I left him with proof of my phone numbers and address in case of problem as I told him I would be checking out early next morning because we were going horse riding for 7am. On my return home I was shocked to find a message on my home answerphone from Mr Varelis, "You have taken with you four towels. Why? I feel very sorry. I will ask the travel agent to pay for four towels." I am livid. I never took four towels, We travelled with hand luggage only and being mum mine was full with five sets of snorkels, masks and swim shoes so four secondhand towels are the last thing I'd want to carry in my bag! I spent almost £4000 in total chasing five days of holiday. Mr Varelis should not have left such a message without questioning himself. Where is his Greek wisdom? Quite simply he did not replenish the towels in the room and I am so shocked to be accused. It borders on crazy. Do not spoil an otherwise happy holiday memory when there are far happier, better value for money places to stay on this excellent island.

Tsambikos was a great host and a great friend, we had barbecues in the garden and nice Greek breakfasts on the balcony. He speaks English so you can call and make a reservation, and probably get a good deal! The rooms are simple, spacious, clean, there is no noise as the hotel is located in a small alley a short walk from the main square. Archangelos is a lively and authentic town with lots of food options. All in all, great choice. Goodbye from the Italian family (Alice, Riccardo, Cesare!)

Yatak temizdi. Ancak bina eski ve özensizdi. Sahipleri de profesyonel turizmci değil, yöre halkından kişilerdi ve sempatik değillerdi.
