Reviewed By Maciej SVery good hotel in Andalo, very close to main lift station . The hotel itself is nice, clean rooms, good customer service , swimming pool, and sauna. It is perfect for family stay. The food was good , served in the restaurant on the 1-st floor . Besides as overall , I recommend this hotel for family ski trips.

Reviewed By EvaK3518We love the most evening fairytales after dinner in our room. Thank you. Staff take care for every detail, clean, cosy and very good location. Hotel offers touristic activities and guidance, tips where to go, the lift for skiing and biking is very close and location offers perfect kids park with lots of activities.

Quiet and with family atmosphere
Reviewed By kotburyThis small hotel is situated in the center of Andalo, just 5 minutes walk from the gondola station and the swimming pool. Rooms are ok, spacious and clean. Bathrooms also clean with all facilities you need. We booked with a HB - food was good, fresh and home made. Big Italian style dinner (3 courses + sweets), breakfast was also fine (the only thing to be improved is a coffee:) There is a parking in front of the hotel. Wi-fi is available for free. There is a shop just 100 meters from the hotel, but the hotel's bar have all kinds of wine, spirits and coffee/tea. I would come back again thanks to the good atmosphere & location.

Reviewed By Luki BWe stayed one week in hotel Paganella and we loved the place. First of all superior room was great, second welness is absolutely amazing. Owners made us feel very chilled and we felt there Great. Ski lift is just on the other side of the road- the Best location in Andalo. We will come there next year for sure! Breakfast typical Italian- lots of good cakes, very good coffe, but there is yoghurt and some bread, cheese and eggs so you will find something for sure. Thank you! There is just one very small thing- Please give some vegetables for breakfast ?

It's open everyday from 11:00 am to 7:00pm or upon request from 7:00 in the morning, it has included Roman Bath, Steam Sauna, Emotional Showers, Ice Waterfall, Iodium terapy room with Himalayan Salt, Pinus Cembra Finnish Sauna, Biosauna and relax room. Comfortable Hotel
Reviewed By janda007We recently stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms of a good size. There was plenty of hanging space and the area by the door was really useful for hanging out damp skiwear and boots. Our shower was a bit small but other rooms have bigger showers. I was told none of the rooms have a bath which is a pity as after skiing I love to have a bath and relax my muscles. The breakfast was amazing, such a large selection on the buffet. It would be good to have a machine so that we could make our own coffee and not have to rely on the waiters who are busy. The evening meal was nice and the staff were very good at giving more simple food for the children (13 and 15) if we asked. The puddings were delicious and the restaurant offered all the dishes in a Gluten free way. The vegetarian dishes were a bit disappointing (fried cheese) and one risotto which obviously had a fish based stock which was replaced with something else. Luckily the salad bar was always plentiful. The bar is comfortable and there were evening activities organised for smaller children and cards for the adults. The bedroom had a kettle and a fridge. 2 fruit teabags were offered on day one and not replaced. I bought some teabags and milk so I could have a cup of tea in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The only downside for us was that the swimming pool and Spa are completely naked, no swimming costumes allowed as apparently they are "toxic". Therefore none of us used the facilities at all which was extremely disappointing as basically we paid for facilities which we didn't use. Brits (especially teenage girls) are not used to naked Spas and despite the staff saying "it's the European way" and "it's more hygienic" when our friends stayed there a few years ago swimming costumes were allowed. So on the whole I loved the hotel, food and staff but was disappointed in the Spa.

L'estate tutto si tinge di verde, trekking, camminate facili in montagna, percorsi bike riempiono le tue giornate. Sia in estate che in inverno puoi rilassarti e rigenerarti nel nosrto hotel con spa, scegli come vivere il tuo tempo libero ad Andalo tra trattamenti benessere, massaggi e area relax.
Not convinced it's worth the money unfortunately.
Reviewed By Suzzec19The room was a bit small and squalid. There was a hair ball in the bed. The hairdryer didn't work. The wellness centre has a cold swimming pool, a cold jacuzzi and a cold steam room. Lovely sauna though. It seemed a lot of money for what it is.

The public facilities are: sauna, gym, lounge, bar, recreation room, lift, TV/video lounge, games room with table tennis and table football, infants room with TV and toys, baby club with child minder (Italian speaking). Continental breakfast with cereal or yoghurt, choice of menu at dinner including salad buffet. For skiers: for lovers of alpine ski Hotel Andalo is located in front of the lifts.
A great place for skiing holidays

The SPA is small (they have a jacuzzi and a finnish sauna) but had everything needed to relax after a skiing day. We do reccomend it for a stay! Luka and Andrija

simple but good hotel in the centre of Andalo
Reviewed By Marnes81This hotel is a simple but good one in the centre of Andalo. The double room was not that spacious and had a shower instead of a bath but it was kept in a very good condition and was very clean. This hotel has a storage space where one can keep the skis and ski boots. The breakfast consisted of a simple but nice buffet and included mainly fresh cheese, ham, cakes, marmalades and cereals amongst others. In the entrance of the hotel there was also a small bar where one could have a cappuccino or even a drink after the skiing. The 3 course dinner offered at this hotel was delicious and much better than anything else that we had in restaurants in Andalo. Dinner in this hotel is therefore recommended but remember that you have to inform the owner in advance about your intentions, during breakfast time. There was even a lottery organised during the dinner where one could win several traditional Italian delicacies to take back home. If one does not speak Italian the communication with the staff might be a bit challenging but definitely not impossible. Dal Bon offers a good value for money and I would not hesitate to go back to it.
