Circondata da frutteti, orti e campi e con una vista che spazia su una verde vallata, Essentia è un agriturismo situato a Larino (CB), a soli 15 km da Termoli e facilmente raggiungibile in meno di 10' di auto dal suo casello autostradale. Frutto del restauro del vecchio casale di famiglia, la dimora è circondata da un grande prato verde e da un rigoglioso orto e frutteto dimostrativo. Le camere e la suite, climatizzate e arredate individualmente, sono pensate come "vetrina" del territorio e tematizzate sui prodotti tipici più importanti della nostra Regione. Dall’olio al grano, dalla Tintilia alla Pampanella, le stanze presentano elementi d’arredo originali, come botti di vino o antichi contenitori d’olio e grano; alcune con soffitto con travi di legno a vista, altre con pavimenti originali, altre ancora con camino e vasca freestanding. Essentia Dimora Rurale è un’azienda agricola in cui si producono grani antichi, farine, pane, pasta, pomodori, legumi ed Olio extravergine. Reviewed By booboo178On a driving holiday through Italy. Stopped for two nights, while attending a family wedding in Larino, so the location was perfect for us. The views a delight, a relaxing environment and very clean and comfortable room with air conditioning to cool away the very hot weather. Family run business and winery, making lovely award winning wines. We were welcomed by the owner, who was charming and made you feel like one of the family. As we were driving, it was good to have parking and the feeling of being very relaxed. Great value.

En arrivant tout était pratique fermé et la propriétaire nous a préparé le repas elle-même avec ce qu'elle avait dans le frigo. Vraiment trop gentille. Ses aubergines marinées étaient délicieuses. Encore merci à eux pour leur gentillesse. La chambre était spacieux. Wifi dans la chambre. Salutations Vito et Lucia

Reviewed By Sandi HWonderful service, pool, and food. Rooms are great. Beautiful surroundings. Only issue is the transportation here. Apparently roads close Willy Nilly around here. We ended up driving down a hilly dirt road and narrowly missing a crash with a tractor. Some miscommunications initially with the reservation but everything ended up going smoothly.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa; il posto è molto bello, la casa è immersa in un uliveto meraviglioso. Un luogo molto silenzioso e rilassante. La camera era perfetta; luminosa, arredata con gusto e soprattutto pulitissima. Colazione dolce e salata super, con prodotti dell’azienda. Ho comprato dell’ottimo olio extravergine biologico. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Consiglio Parco dei buoi anche per una sosta più lunga, come base per visitare i bei borghi del Molise

Campane nelle stanze !

Reception inesistente, non è possibile pagare con carte di credito o bancomat. Fuggite lontano da questo posto, meglio avere una discoteca vicino, almeno alle tre di notte smette e qualche ora si riesce a dormire. Non c'è l'aria condizionata e quindi si doveva tenere la finestra aperta e sembrava di avere le campane nel letto. La proprietaria non ha comunicato il forte disagio al momento della prenotazione e arrivati sul posto non abbiamo potuto fare altro che accettare la situazione, anche perchè ad agosto tutta la zona era full
