We had a great experience with an awesome laser tag session followed by some delicious food. Gabriel looked after us very well at the laser tag and Fraser, John, Samii and Chris were so friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back with more children from school (they’re already asking when they can go back!) and my own kids too.

My husband and I received gift vouchers for here and what a great gift it was. We had such good fun and staff member Eve looked after us so well. Was great doing different kinds of tournaments and learning some trick shots too. Will definitely be back and have recommend to all my family and friends that they visit too.

We went as a group of four adults and we had a blast! Staff were so friendly when asked questions about the equipment/experience. So much fun bouncing on the trampolines and using the equipment that was available. Obviously follow the rules, but you are still to have fun. We booked for the two hour slot as felt that an hour wouldn't be long enough and how right we were. Still had so much energy to keep going for the next hour. Have to remember to take a break when you are getting tired, that is explained in the briefing session before you go in. I would highly recommend that you book ahead if it is possible as it can be very busy, especially at the weekends. Highly recommend wearing comfy clothes for the experience.

Welcome to The Fun Factory. Dundee's newest custom built Soft Play Family Entertainment Centre. An exciting new Social Enterprise from the team who brought you the UK's first custom built indoor extreme sports leisure centre; The Factory Skatepark. The centre has an over 5's area, under 5's area and our new baby area. We also have a cafe and cater for groups and party's. During term time we run our meal deal where the kids can play and eat for £5, from 11-1pm and 3-5pm. We also have Laser Tag for private party's. We are open 10-6pm every day of the year apart from Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Brought my son and his friend along, both beginners, and came along to the Saturday morning beginners session, bring your own or hire scooter and skateboards (skateboards were free to hire the day we came and scooters £1.50) the staff are great and keep an eye on the children's safety despite adult supervision needed for younger children, the cafe has viewing windows to watch while there is a viewing platform above the skate park with lift access. Cafe is super reasonable price wise, and some vending machines down stairs next to door for drinks and snacks for kids while skating. Great service for kids and a very versatile park for easy to hard ramps/bowls/jumps. Definitely be back!
