Chorley Theatre is a volunteer-run independent venue staging plays, musicals, pantos, touring comedy, music and films.Built in 1910, it has been owned and operated by amdram group CADOS since 1960 and produces at least 6 full shows per year, plus 2 by Chorley Youth Theatre. It's an ideal venue for comedy shows by top stand-up comedians, and the regular film showings are digitally projected on to the big screen, with Surround Sound. There's a great-priced bar and the building has full disabled access. Any profits go back into the upkeep of the building, and all income comes from ticket and bar sales.

Always a good show - apart from Pantomines which I always choose to miss - my choice not Chorley Little Theatre's fault. I believe they are much appreciated by those who enjoy this genre. Easy to book through Malcolm's Musicland. Parking close by and excellent. Drinks and snacks very good value - don't bring your own support the theatre.

I visited here today while supporting someone during their college holidays. We both loved our time there. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Prices very depending on the item you're painting (from about £8+), there's a cafe serving drinks and refreshments, and once you've finished painting your item, it stays with them to go into a kiln and is ready a week later. If you go and don't finish painting your item, you can go back another for free to continue the item. The variety of items to paint is great and there are some already painted items to view for ideas too. Highly recommended place to visit x

Fantastic party for my 9 year old Fortnite mad son and his friends. They absolutely loved it and so did the adults taking part. They are all making plans to go back again ASAP! Great fun! The fields have lots of realistic looking places to hide behind such as old cars which they loved. I looked at this last year as well but felt they would be too young but this year they were definitely a good age to enjoy the games and loved every minute .

After the lockdown we finally found a soft play for my little boy to go in for the first time. I've been twice already and will be returning. The centre is keen on track and trace, cleaning in-between sessions and there is no excuse for good hand hygiene with lots of alcohol available. The food is good and has healthy choices at reasonable prices. The toddler area is brill. It is a big area for small ones with an area on a higher upper level. It's one of the best I've seen. You wear masks all times unless sat at your table. Very impressed and can't wait to come back

We had a great evening playing Golf and Bowling followed by a meal. All aspects where fun and entertaining. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced for the portion you get! Very recommended.

We recently visited Reel Cinema in Chorley not knowing what to expect. We decided to go for the VIP Lounge. At first you think 27 quid? But then it starts to make sense. We visit other cinemas regularly and with my wife and two teenagers we are always up around the 40 pound mark just ofr tickets elsewhere. Factor in snacks and we are in to another 40. So at 54 quid for 4 people at Reel it makes so much sense. The cinema itself was immaculate. All the seats looked as if they had been recently cleaned. The seats themselves were big electric recliners. What surprised me was the space. We weren't crammed in. Each row had six seats. The seats were really comfortable and you could adjust your seat from reclined to sat up with the simple touch of a button and it doesn't impact people sat in front or behind. There was a glass of fizz or juice on arrival and a bag of goodies waiting at the seat. Before the film started our drinks and snacks we selected when booking arrived at our seat. Halfway through the film the cinema staff quietly handed out our Magnum ice creams. I just cannot fault the experience here and it has changed my cinema choice to have this once by default. Well done Reel Cinemas in Chorley. Please don't let these high standards slip over time. Really good value when you factor in the price of the snacks etc and the overall experience.
