我來了這個酒莊兩次，第一次是在我參加山梨勝沼的葡萄酒節，我喝到他們的氣泡酒，相當驚豔! 隔年我又來了一次，花了兩三個小時參觀酒莊 & 品飲了他們所有的酒 我認為這家酒莊是個融合了歷史 & 現代的酒莊，他們專注於製造可以讓所有人都喝、銷售在便利商店的罐裝酒，也製造最高端能夠得獎的紅酒，來到山梨縣或是到石和溫泉可以順道過來拜訪品嘗 I visited this winery twice. First time I visited this winery during Yamanashi wine festival. I drank their sparkling wine and feel it's so wonderful!! Then I visit again next year. I spend 2~3hrs for factory wine tour and try all other different wines. I found that it's a winery that has both modernized wine automation production and traditional wine production. The wine ranges from the canned wine sold to convenient stores to high-end delicate low-volume award-winning wine. It's worth visiting if you come to Isawacho Onsen.
