All the rooms uniquely decorated are furnished with kitchenettes, private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV channels and some of them with view on Piazza Grande . Perfect location. Choose the right room.

The location can not be better, on the Piazza Grande, in the very center of Arezzo. The rooms are in an old medieval building. It is not really an hotel but rather a guest house. Meaning the reception is almost mostly not at disposal, even if the team is friendly. The room was clean and big. The concern is that according to the website you may imagine to get a direct view on the Piazza Grande; to my knowledge only one room offers such a perfect and unforgettable view; it is named the Suite Michelangelo, the most costly, but I consider it was really worth to book it. The room is vast, with an esthetic ceiling and two big windows. Do not hesitate to choose it.

Offered free cancellation, but took payment and never refunded! It’s theft!

Reviewed By Cabsey

Our family reserved this place, via Booking.com, 10 months before travelling. It offered free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. They took payment in full immediately. When our travel plans changed a month later, we cancelled the reservation. However, they did not refund the money. I attempted to contact the property 4 times and they ignored all my messages. I asked Booking.com to step in, providing them with proof of payment. Still they did not refund the money. In the end Booking.com themselves refunded the money to me, to save inconveniencing me further. They said they would seek reimbursement off the property themselves. No matter what the property may say in response, they did not refund me, Booking.com did. I'm stunned that a business can even attempt to get away with this. It is theft. There is no other word for it. Thankfully, no other property has ever tried to rob me in this way before. But, I would advise everyone to steer clear of this place, as they clearly cannot be trusted.

Allegra Toscana

Located in the heart of the historic center, Allegra Toscana is the ideal starting point for those wishing to explore the wonders that surround the city of Arezzo. Located in the historic center of Arezzo, the apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, all have private bathrooms and kitchenettes. The strategic location is perfect for those who want to visit the Cathedral and its fortress (300 m), the famous Piazza Grande (500 m) and the old town with its shopping streets. Every first Saturday and Sunday of the month you can stroll through the antiques fair, the most important ancient and modern exhibition in Italy. In June and September in the central Piazza Grande there is the famous historical re-enactment of the Giostra del Saracino. Arezzo is located in the center of the A1 motorway, where the most important shops, stores and boutiques are located (Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and many others). A visit to the nearby cities of Florence, Rome, Siena, Bologna and Perugia is really

The location on corso Italia is not the same as listed in the pictures.. reading other review I was skeptical but this location turned out to be better than expected.. There is an elevator, which apparently is new and made the second floor hospitable.. This was a great set up for our family (3 kids and my wife), large enough where everyone had space to breath. Location is central arezzo and perfect imo. There is not a cafeteria at this locale but they do have cleaning service. Our stay included breakfast, which you get at Vasari cafe in piazza grande. The breakfast is typical Italian and exactly what I expected. I would recommend this for families on a budget.

Very nice apartment with beautiful views

Reviewed By EllieSchneider

We spent one night here in June. Its a very nice apartment connected to the city walls in the heart of the city of Arezzo. The apartment has two balconies with beautiful views of both Arezzo and the Tuscan hills. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and gave some great advice for visiting his city. The only problem we had was that there wasn't any air conditioning and the fan kept turning off. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it!

Worst stay ever

Reviewed By longe735

The apartment is badly designed. There is no ventilation and the air conditioning does not work. At night, when you open the windows, the noise of the people partying downstairs will disturb you. The owner does not allow you to turn on the air conditioning at night. Also, there are many people smoking and you will smell it when you sleep. Further, the owner is rude and dishonest. They treated me without respect and outright lied to and about me. The most unpleasant stay I have ever experienced.
