The visit to the mine was entertaining and interesting to our entire group ages 1 to 57. The children and the adults liked the gold panning after the tour. I'd recommend the visit.

Silver Rapids Indoor Waterpark

We had a great time at Silver Rapids. There are plenty of activities for every age in our family. The little slides are fun and adults can squeeze in them...the BIG slides are super fun and, with supervision, even the littles can go with you on them. The surf pool was faster than expected and offered a good challenge. The staff, which were all younger adults/teens, seemed to be very attentive to their job and were constantly on the move watching out for help needed at their stations. Food was pretty expensive, but an awesome day for the whole family.

The one bedroom condo is very spacious. Great full kitchen and large bathroom. Nice sized tub. Wife was pleased about that. The only thing I could say as a negative is the parking situation. Not enough parking in front of our building. I had to park in the lot for the next building over.
