we reached yalova at 9 am in the first ferry coming from yenikapi at 7.45 am.we took a taxi directly from the jetty to the waterfall by taxi meter.the distance to thermal spa area are 12 km then we drove another 8 km in the Mountains to reach the fall.the price for these 20 km by taxi meter is not cheap .it was 23 USD or 69 Turkish lira.the fall is small and it does not deserving the effort to reach it but the way up there to the fall is fantastic.so we dismissed the driver and got down from the fall to thermal spa trekking for 2 hours.although most of the time we were getting down, but there are some other parts of the road going up, so the trekking was not so easy.we enjoyed the scenery of the green Mountains more than the fall itself.and after that we entered the thermal spa village and headed to valide ve sultan hamam which was fantastic and so cheap.then we headed back to yalova late afternoon by another taxi of 15 usd also by taxi meter.all in all ,it was a very good day spent in yalova.

Beautiful, eccentric, thought-provoking, windswept, mind-boggling, tranquil, the Yürüyen Kösk is all of these and many more. For an insight into the mind of a truly great man, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the story of the sycamore tree and why this house truly did "walk", and the contemporary articles inside all make this a must-see if you visit Yalova or the surrounding area.

We visited this lovely location and spent 2 hours close to the waterfall. It was a great experience with a lot of fun. The nature around was fantastic. We enjoyed so much walking around and we had a very delicious BBQ in the local restaurants in the area.
Fantastic trip and very attractive place.

More than 7000 trees in the garden. Entrance fee is TL 10 (USD 4). A Well-educated guide escorts you during your visit. You will see thousand of trees, flowers in one place. You may purchase some flowers or trees grown by the staff. You see the house where Mr.Hayrettin Karaca who is the founder of the place lives. I strongly recommend you to visit this wonderful green place which is close to Istanbul. It takes two hours by driving.

you can reach yalova from a ferry from yenikapi Istanbul IDO terminal ferry it would take you 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach yalova then a car took us to the Waterfalls another one hour drive , the road is narrow as you are travelling up in a mountain roads but very nice view of marmara sea after you reach a forest entrance you have to walk around 2km or 2.5 km there are some stairs to climb , I was not fully fit but yet I was able to walk thus I can say it is moderate walk . and then you can see the water falls there is a small ponds where kids can swim , but the water is too cold we went there in august but we stayed about 2 hours and the kids enjoyed as much as I enjoyed too. in the entrance of the forest there is a public toilets for 1turkish lira per person and a small shop if you needed some water .

Pythia Thermal Spa

Manly, there are two options available, either using the individual hot Springs, for men and women separated, and the mixed one with (23 TL) open pool. I chose the individual one(13TL), it is well organized with two lockers, for personal belonging and for clothes, and can hire everything with good prices, like towels, and soap can be purchased. I doubt anyone can afford to stay inside water for 15 minutes, then going out pool to relax in hot humid atmosphere. there is as well a spring for drinking.
